You have to reset the level of all your top 5 highest level nikkes then use those materials for the nikkes you want in the devise it does cost 10 gems each reset
is the only way to uncap a ssr by rolling the same uniot 2 more times? is there any other way of doing it?
you can also buy spare body parts under milage shop with 200 silver milage tickets( only certain characters, pilgrim faction you have to roll them)
If the top 5 slots are in synchro and it turns into Enchanced Synchro, is there a way to take out the top 5?
It automatically takes them out and removes top 5 altogether. You mean 200+ right?

how can you pull the 5 Nikke out of synchro device?
You have to reset thier level. It automatically places your nikkes in the devise depending on thier level.

The resetting and leveling the strongest nikke is not good, I try to put my level 100 but she at the back with the rest of the level 90’s , I just hope the developers fix this
The rest of your team need to get lvled up. So that everyone gets lvled up
