That'll probably end up putting most of them in the hospital due to someone accidentally throwing a bat on a swing, or Ryan hurling baseballs at their crotches.

I think that they know how to play ball. May need to get someone who can pitch. But I think it would be a cool fund raising idea for charity or something. I would fly out to see that.

Honestly I love when they experiment with videos like this. Side note: The Show looks great and I'm incredibly sad 2k cancelled their MLB games. The one Let's Play in 2k12 where Geoff almost shit his pants was incredible. There's no good baseball games on the Xbox One!
Malcolm Reynolds Super Mega Baseball Extra Innings is actually very fun and the second comes out very soon, I suggest it want a decent baseball game
Looks a bit more goofy than what I want, but I'll check it out. Mostly I love playing franchise/career modes in sports games. Some like Out of the Park Baseball are very in depth management sims, but lack the gameplay and general presentation of the AAA games. I still occasionally play older titles like MVP 2005.
Malcolm Reynolds without a doubt it is goofy and not a 'pro' baseball game. But it is fun and if you up the difficulty very challenging. There's a fun season mode and you can customize your whole team, even he whole league so that's where it stands out

As a stubborn englishman, I began this video with zero knowledge of baseball. I finish this video with probably -2 knowledge. I somehow lost information here.

Cobie Probie it's a simple sport. pitcher throws a ball and guy has to hit it with a bat. If he misses it 3 times he cant go anymore. If the pitcher throws too many foul balls or hits the batter they get to walk to the first base. If batter hits the ball he must run to the first base and if he wants go for the other 2 bases. If the ball is caught before it touches the ground or the ball makes it to the base the batter is going to before he makes it the batter is out. when you stop at a base you must wait for the next batter to hit the ball before attempting to move forward, but only 1 guy is allowed per base. anytime a man runs back to the home plate the team gets a point.
repeat this for both teams 9 times and it's baseball.
Andrew Major small tweaks a foul ball is when you hit the ball in foul territory which counts as a strike four balls get a base and you don't have to wait for the next batter you can steal at anytime on the bases which is just going before someone hits the ball or gets walked and being safe and if there isn't a runner on every base behind a runner he has to be tagged with the ball in his glove to get out
The only people in the world that can make baseball entertaining for me.

The problem is that each video would be somewhere around this length for each game, probably a bit shorter, but still likely to be pushing an hour per game. In NHL games you can set the period length to be pretty short, all the way down to 3 minutes per period if I remember correctly. That means you can knock out a game of hockey in around 20 minutes or so, which means you could easily play 2-3 games (possibly even 4 games) in the time it takes to play one baseball game.
And maybe this is my natural Canadian bias showing, but hockey is just more exciting than baseball, both from an action standpoint, and a commentary standpoint. It's a fast paced and physical game (especially when you turn off penalties like they did) which I think lends itself better to the style of Achievement Hunter.

You can change the game length to any amount of innings. Certain game modes have games cut to 3-inning games. Even a "Quick Count" option where each at-bat starts with some pitches made if you want to speed it up already. Sometimes it's a 1-1 count, sometimes 0-2 and sometimes 3-0.
Fair play, didn't know that. Though I do maintain that hockey games lend themselves better to the style of AH, but once again that might just be my bias talking.
