I work in a food truck manufacturing shop in LA. What people don’t get is that there in no set price on these units like you would expect at the dealer, we also have a policy to not talk pricing on trucks over the phone unless you’re specifically RENTING out the truck, then they can say how much is weekly payment. Also at our shop we don’t have any on display, every truck is specifically made for your needs purely custom.
Question if I don't need a fryer but a warmer the size of the frig is that. Possible and a condiment are half the size and the other half a prep table is that do-able? Everything else stays .....??
I did a lot of research on sink compartments and most regulation states that sinks has to be 12x12, 10 inch deep, and two drain board at the same measurement.. but most trailer I see dont have that... I think the regulation sounds absurd, thats 5 ft space...! Is that regulation generally followed?
