Malcolm i grew up watching your docos, and although you are no longer with us your memory and documentaries will live on. you to me are the one of the most iconic heros in my eyes, you lived off the land, you respected the land and you embraced and immersed yourself in the culture of traditional land owners of this great land and earnt their respect. I have the upmost respect and gratitude for you and what you were trying to achieve, the knowledge you willingly shared and how you wanted to educate people, you are and still an inspiration all these years later ❤️ 💗 💖 may you rest in peace. We lost an incredible man but gained so much from the legacy you left. Always remembered ❤️❤️❤️ 2022 and i am now showing my children your documentaries, i hope my children will also pass your knowledge down to their children.
love these and the time of the world they were made.
This is some of the most amazing footage.
I hope ampol is still paying royalties to his family.
It’s amazing how all the driving he did in Australia’s rough and rugged landscape and survived however he died ina accident on his property
Just found Malcolm's videos via Advartis. Absolutely FANTASTIC and to know he passed away in 2010 which I just found out. RIP and we will never forget him or his Mates or his Aboriginal friends and travels with them. THANK YOU I will visit his Crocodile Park in Broome. Good Wishes to his wife and family.
6WWC we hear you loud and clear mate, thank you for everything you taught us we will use it for rest of our lives.
I got taught a few things from this great man and rest in peace Malcolm Douglas mate
Reminds me of when I was a young lad, Saturday afternoon, channel 7 in summer.
I remember all the great AUSTRALIAN guys like this there was at least 7 really good ones, even the layland brothers was good. I just love seeing the lands I'll never see in my own country, I live on the beach and have all my life and the heat of the desert just does not appeal to me but I love watching it. If I had a 4x drive I'd probably go but IV never had one. Love this stuff
Malcolm was great. Wish he was still around teaching us about Australia
Legend! The rubbing yourself with grease and oil to protect yourself from the Sun, while standing next to a sponsored Ampol sign was a classic WTF!
best cooking channel ever!
These were great ...
Him and his land rover don't fuck about, comin in hot
I got a feeling he was just going too dang fast when he flipped it
Was totally fanging it!
The Shingleback is basically a rough scaled version of a blue tongue lizard, same body shape and small legs, obviously in the same family.
The main thing I've learned watching all these is that I need a winch on my truck.
Fantastic program! In the future Australian children should be educated into this knowledge of the aboriginals surviving in the bush.
Now this guy plays Knifie Spoonie
That lizard still dreams of two fruits. 🙂
AWESOME DOC...
Sad to hear he died in 2015. He was one of the best.
Legend 🤙
Legendary Australian
Always make sure, yu got plenty of good beer, to get yu this the hard times🍺😊👍
Those out-of-control rabbits were crazy. Even the dog didn't bother chasing -- why chase, one will probably hit you if you just stand there
1:50 Come on, tell the truth Mal, you were doing donuts in the clay and flipped the trailer. Getting rowdy in the outback.
Does new Ampol pay royalties for Malcoms work ???
Doubt it he was sponsored by Caltex after I think
Those flipping nightmare 4wd journeys before maxtrax 😐
Wait, so at 19:30 at the deep river crossing how did he get the trailer across?
Holy smokes, where's Waldo Rabbit!
Malcolm Douglas Australia survival series part 1
Ultimate savage ❤❤❤
Do know somebody what knife he has? 15.37
He's like an Australian version of The Crocodile Hunter
No, the Crocodile Hunter was a cheap imitation of the Legendary Malcolm Douglas.
@@fishslicing kinda my point man haha
@@dablarts9384 I love watching these films. He's the real deal.
@@fishslicing absolutely mate. Steve was fun, but this guy might save ya life haha
@@dablarts9384 I only watched a few episodes of the Crocodile Hunter. I have watched several times all the Malcolm Douglas films I can find. He's a beast- loads of energy. Are you in Australia? I'm in north Utah.
This man loves his coals! 🤓
What type of dog is it? Im getting one!
Australia cattle dog. They come in red or blue, best breed ever!
Interesting episode . Strange vibes , and Malcolm making rare mistakes . Hes still the man tho
