Saturday night at 730PM - looking forward to watching him and being glued to the TV was the best during my young years in the early 80's.......

the production value of these Douglas travelogues is impressive. The pace is brisk, and the music / soundtrack is top drawer! Thank you.

I can't get enough of this guy. Is he the inspiration for crocodile dundee? Way more bada**. Too bad they didn't have HD and gopros and drones back then, but they certainly made the most of it. Whoever is carrying the camera has my thumbs up too. That's some harsh territory. I can't believe I only found this footage now. I hope things are protected that he pushed for, and that bones and paintings still remain where they belong. I'll be binging on this until I run out and I guarantee I'll be rewatching.

I just discovered him last year. I still replay these just to relax, learn and enjoy the scenery. Rugged country, but beautiful places. This stuff is amazing.

One of Australia’s greatest losses was his passing 😔

@@colta51 dang that means i missed him. Much respect and I hope they're playing his vids for schoolchildren so they can grow up with some real truth. What a man. You guys have some serious real history, just as we have in the states, and south Africa, you name it. It's better to teach truth than to teach small little lies bit by bit until we're "old enough". Our ancestors did bad things, and were hurt by bad people, too. Let's celebrate people like him that love to learn and learn to love.

I love Malcolm's adventures, but he's seriously one of the biggest hypocrites when it comes to protecting nature.
    R.I.P. Malcolm.
