Hello fellow humans! My name is Silke (pronounced Silk-a) and I am a Level 2 Reiki practitioner currently living in Australia. Negative energy is yin energy which also refers to passive and feminine energy. This concept that negative energy nees to be removed is toxic simply because it's needed to ground to earth. Without it there is no balance. You can't remove energy. Energy can just be transmuted. Relaxation has nothing to do with removing anything from your aura but with regulating your nervious system speak relaxing your body.
