सर डीजल ईंधन को अगर हम पेट्रोल इंजन में उपयोग करेंगे और डीजल को compress करेंगे तो compression से अंदर का तापमान डीजल के flash point 50 degree se bhi ज्यादा हो जायेगा,
फिर तो डीजल की बर्निग शुरू हो जानी चाहिए?
और वैसे भी डीजल का ignition temperature to petrol se Kam hi hota hai

Sir, it is very good information but with due respect I would like to correct you over the fuel property and how it functions.
first let me tell you about autoignition of the fuels(petrol and diesel).
autoignition or self ignition of petrol is high as varies 247 to 255 degree centigrade where as diesel have 210 degree centigrade , because of this property diesel fuel gets ignite by compression (no need spark plug) whereas petrol can not be ignited by compressing it,so it needs spark plug.
suppose, you put petrol in diesel car and let us say there is no diesel even a drop, in that case you can not start your car because petrol need spark plug which is not in there in diesel car so when injector will inject it in the cylinder upon highly compressed air , it will not burn because there is jo spark plug and auto ignition of petrol is also high so your engine will not start but if there is some diesel in your tank already and then tou put petrol in it... see what will happen is fuel pump supply diesel to the engine as diesel is heavier than petrol so diesel will be lied at bottom and petrol will remain there on it surface (as it is lighter) so your car would run without any problem till the diesel is finished and when petrol will start getting in to the engine, your engine will be stoped and even if you try to to start it it will crank only no engine start will happen.
so now I conclude it putting petrol in diesel car, your engine will not start but on the contrary if you put diesel in petrol car , engine will run for a while with knocking and may damage ur engine . that's all I wanted to explain.
