I would like to have a definitive answer to that question too. I generally have a high germination rate from my plant seeds. But, until now, I have had to buy seed of varieties I don't have, having no way of knowing how fresh they really are. And I have had very different results. From 100% germination rate, for example, 10 plants from 10 seeds, to 0 plants from 20 seeds. It is also difficult to know whether the problem is the seed quality or the sowing method. But I think it would be better to bet on fresh seeds a few months to a year old. I've been researching methods to maximize germination, also because I'm going to sow some species of cacti whose seeds need to go through a scarification process. Maybe make a video about it but not before October.Thank you!
When stored in the optimal conditions, for how long can they maintain their virility?
Awesome channel by the way 😁
