It needs to be simple, easy to make and healthy. Fo that, Kati rolls is the one that comes to my mind. There are varieties in this Kati roll. There is veg, non-veg, Paneer and more. So today we'll see how to make a perfect Paneer Kati roll If it is prepared perfectly, it can be eaten after 3 to 5 hours and it will retain its nature.

    Atta - 250 gms
    Paneer - 150 gms
    Onion - 2 nos
    Tomato - 2 nos
    Tomato Ketchup - 1/4 tsp
    Butter - 1/2 tsp
    Capsicum - 1 nos
    Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
    Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
    Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
    Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
    Coriander leaves - few
    Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
    Salt as required
