I agree it is a fine line to stay prepared for life and have no fear of the outcome. I whole heartily believe God gave us life and we need to honor Him by staying alive and enjoying life.
When all of the other creatures are running for cover when a storm is coming, an eagle will fly INTO the storm. The eagle knows that the currents will lift it up above the storm where it is calm, enabing the eagle to see things from a perspective that no other will. Thank you for the reminder Matthew.
The garden is looking good,Mathew. Thanks for the walk and talk. It is a beautiful Saturday morning here,I am taking the day to recover. I caught some sort of upper respiratory infection and have been fighting for over a week now. I have been doing what I can every day,but I am so tired so today is rest day. The air shows are awesome,my Dad is USAF retired,he used to take the family to the shows out at Langley AFB. Good talk, years ago I used to worry about the happenings of this world, mostly from the powers that should not be. Then I started thinking along the lines of " no weapon formed against us", and stopped worrying about anything because the creator will take care of everything. Now I see things take care of themselves all the time. I just sit back and do the best I can knowing in the end everything will be taken care of.
I know all about those dog flies. They've been eating on me for years. One good thing about them. If they ever light, you got them cause they ain't going to leave till they eat. I laid my sweet potatoes by yesterday evening which ends my cultivating for this year. Y'all have a great weekend!
@@PineyWoodsHomestead I always said when they started biting, it was planting time. I was replanting tobacco one time where we had a few missing hills and when I bent over to stick the peg in the ground, one nailed behind my overall galluses. I don't know if the peg got him but I sure tried!

Good morning. The corn is looking very good. Informative walk and talkl. I too are a human being and can suffer from worry self doubt and i say suffer for those can cause me great amounts of pain. I believe I can go can go to God with anything and will me help me through it. I too prepare to be able to survive just like Noah prepared the Ark for the flood. I have come to learn that true courage is not the Absence of fear it is knowing i have that fear and walking through it. Thank you Matthew and may you and Lisa have a blessed weekend

I do not want my grandkids to go fight a bankers war, if we have to fight, well it will have to be because our gov is bringing it to us😢💔 let them fight for their wickedness which they do not want discovered.

They are pests like no other! I may cultivate the okra and watermelons one more time and then I should be done. Have a great weekend as well!

We call them horse flys here in NH
That's interesting. We call the big black ones that bite horseflies
for us in north Midwest we call them cowflies and the larger one horseflies...no matter the name the dagn thing hurt when they tear of skin
