Didn't realize you never used the washer dryer before, the neighbors must have had a giggle with you hanging your clothes around,lol. We have a dryer but as soon as the sun shines we put clothes out on the airer. Faster, non polluting and they smell better. Using a dryer seems like pure laziness to me when the weather is fine
The headache you mentioned is what I’ve been dealing with lately. What I discovered is that basically, it’s what’s called a cervicogenic headache. It’s caused by tight muscles on your neck which puts pressure on your nerves where they enter your skull at the base of your head. The remedy for that is physical therapy; I started it recently and it has all but gotten rid of it. They have you do daily stretches they keep the muscles loose.

I guess having clothes all over the place drying just seems a bit ghetto; what with perfectly good laundry machines available.
Regarding buying in Florida read the blogs by people that are now leaving after a few years because of the unrelenting heat and hurricanes.

Tampa is lovely, also checkout clearwater beach, st. petes, sarasota (siesta key and st. armands circle). There are so many other beautiful places in florida... naples, st. augustine, key west, the list goes on.
Clothes IMHO are far better air dried when possible. It isn’t always. Thank you for the video!

Glad you're feeling better. I wonder if part of your problem was all the pollen in the air this time of year. It's been wicked! Sorrow the house deal didn't materialize, but never fear - an ever better deal may turn up. As for the washer and dryer, I always keep my dryer on low and it does a great job. Anyway, so happy you had a great time in Florida. Just think, maybe in the near future you guys may be residents of our state!!!!
I live in NYC. whenever I get tired of a book. I leave it on the subway. I always write on the inside cover. please read this book and leave it in a public place.

Dehydration combined with probably not quite enough sleep is probably why you had the headache. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Also while you have an active headache drinking something with a little caffeine will help.

On your way to Tampa between Orlando and Tampa is the gay campground called Sawmill Campground. We have gone there many times there's usually about at least 500 gay guys there. Some camp in tents and RVs and some have cabins. They have a disco dance club and trails to go hiking and a large build in pool and all kinds of functions. You should check it out for the day it doesn't cost that much to get in for a day pass. It's a lot of fun❤

Joel, Joel, Joel. What’s with the drying?? My family had separate electric washing and drying machines way back in the 1950’s. Just shuck your damp clothes in that dryer. Add a few softener sheets, and select normal or delicate! Can’t believe the UK doesn’t have more of these machines by now.!!
I got a chuckle with those clothes over the chairs outside. I was thinking the same he doesn’t know about delicate or air dry?! If an American did that in the UK they would drag us because it wasn’t on a proper clothes line or drying stand. Lol

At least 60% of UK homes have a dryer. Dryers consume more energy than any other household appliance and are thus now frowned on in Europe. Americans don’t care about emissions, the US is one of the biggest polluters, the UK has reduced its emissions to those of the 1870s when it had less than half the population it has today.
@@rebeccat94He didn’t use it because he didnt realize that there were cycles that wouldn’t shrink his clothes. And after the many times that he has been in that house he doesn’t know how to use the washing machine or dryer. That is a bit odd.
@@Kim-427 it saved Joel working the dryer putting them on the chairs and if there is a breeze that with the sunshine will dry the clothes. Nothing like naturally dried clothes.

Sorry to hear you guys lost the house to a cash offer. That's the way the market has been in the States. All-cash everywhere and lots of it. Financed offers have little chance of being considered. Plus hedge funds and investors buying up all the turnkey inventory for rental/investment purposes. Beware of that reality if and when you consider a FL home. You may need to be ready to move "on demand," cash in hand, and no contingencies.
