Anyone know what my cause could be? A brief overview; I am 17, Male, athletic and no medical issues. My entire body is a normal temperature but, my feet feel the same as Steel left outside in the cold for a while. I have experimented wearing very warm socks for hours and my feet come out cold. I rarely wear footwear and my feet are usually cold even when I am dressed warmly. One strange thing though, I tend to deal with very hot weather far better than the rest of my family.

I'm honestly the same as you, wearing warm socks does nothing for me, rather it sweats in there and becomes even more cold. I do so much better in summer but as soon as winter hits, my feet and my hands gets extremely cold. It sucks because getting up in the morning feels like a struggle, it makes u lazy and even when u warm them up, the second you leave them they turn cold again.

Struggling with the same issue, socks become wet due to sweat , tried all types of expensive compression socks but nothing worked, the only reason for this is poor blood supply to lower most part of body , as temperature go down heart tries to keep all the essential organs warm and extremities become less important. Solution is simple try everything which increases blood flow to feet by putting in warm water and massaging with warm oil and wearing shoes most of the time.

@@Vvren06 same thing and currently trying to find out why or what can be done. Have you had testing ? I’m starting to wondering if I should somehow get veins, artery or heart checked. I’m not overweight, diabetic and don’t smoke, so these symtoms are strange
