I like bepi a lot I dont need to be super afraid of the water anymore. Also, being able to see bepis around helps you feel a bit better about going to drink as other species. Hope they add more semi aquatic characters soon.

Regarding the beginning, I got bad news for us sarco mains. They went back on the buff part of the nerf (the bite immediately after charge). The 5s after crushing is now "the intended version" and they changed the patch notes to match it. Honestly I think they pulled another lazy reach around, which they've done before, and just decided to not bother fixing it and pretend that's what they meant. Rip my fellow Sarcos.

Noticed your in a server with a too high ping for you, that would explain you getting chomped by crocs (pro tip: your actually faster than them on land, they are faster in water), try and play on servers with less than 60 ping, its a world of difference, also once you learn the map, you wont starve
Never understood why they added beipi in the first place, what is it supposed to do?
Yeah the same can be said for some of the other playables as well but they are at least either small enough to easily hide in the plentiful cover that is all over on land or fast enough to avoid being killed.. or both.
Right? Literally months of work and waiting for this lol. Like, we don't need a spino of anything like that, but at least give us something to compete with baby crocs...

Beipi is a ton of fun people generally really love it, also once you learn the map you are good to go
@@smefour Yeah, it can be a fun for a week maybe a month, just like ptera, dryo, or hypsi were... But in the end, they all took ages of work and gave little to nothing to the game and it's interactions
@@smefour If you look at what people like to play, they like to play the bigger dinosaurs or those with interesting mechanics that can defend themselves well.
Making Dryosaurus and others like it playable when they should've been made AI to hunt is a pretty dumb move.
I'm a very old returning member of the community and I've been digging around for good The Isle content to consume, and I can happily say that this channel is a diamond in the rough. I love your sense of humor, you've earned a subscriber :)

They have definitely improved the game since the update and ironed out the bugs, but yeah... This update was hell for a while.

The reason why i stopped playing beipi ,they should give crocs a debuff if they kill one it should still fill their stomach but it should give them some kind of debuff or coexisting will not be possible xD
Going to be honest, this game would benefit from server species restrictions. A server of 150 max players should only be allowed 10% of it to be the crocs. That is 15 of those assholes running around instead of 50 of them. It would be a lot more fair to all the other players. It would also force more people to be other dinos, in turn giving the crocs more variety to hunt. Right now it always just ends up being crocs killing crocs because there is nothing else in the game, but crocs.
There is an unofficial server that does this by disabling specific dinos when they are too populated but they also have cringe rules so they aren’t a fun server to play on

Ive died to the abysmal map creation in the Isle than actually other players.
This. I still have a Omniraptor who is stuck on an official server in a void on the map and the devs still haven't unstuck me.
This is why I mostly play PoT nowadays.
Great hit boxes too the size of battleships and speed hackers.
If this happens to me I would leave the game faster than my dad left for milk 😂

I was considering installing The Isle to see if it improved after last update. Thank you for showing me that I would waste my time 😂
My Beipi strategy is to try and find an adult deino, befreind it, and stay near it, worked well for me in the center with a full server, no one would touch me because they all knew i was freinds with all the adult deinos in town, would also help them hunt by luring people to the water
I've had plenty of Beipi friends as an near adult deino but they all got devoured after 2 mins by the smaller deinos :'D
How though? I thought only the same species as you can see what you write in chat.

Sarcosuchus isn't confirmed but would be total fodder VS deino and spino (sarco irl caps at 5 tonnes) but Titanoboa just got straight up cut from the game
Sarcosuchus would be literally useless in the Isle with Deinosuchus around

@@pedroconceicao4528 deinosuchus, purussaurus and sarcosuchus are close enough in size that it barely matters, it would be so pointless to add either, a waste of development resources. The comparison of spinosaurus and deinosuchus isn’t even close, because the spino is a theropod that only visits the water (i mean look at its fucking awful new design it looks like a generic land theropod now) while deino starts to dehydrate almost instantly after walking around on land for a few minutes, has horrible stamina and is slow as hell, it is a pure ambush predator. Adding sarco with deino would be like adding mapu with giga
