Tiny Creek TROUT Fishing (LOADED with Trout!)

- I went TROUT fishing in a TINY CREEK! This was my first time fishing this creek. It was LOADED with trout! It was a beautiful day but the water was low and clear which can make trout fishing difficult. Luckily, I was able to catch some beautiful trout! I used a bunch of different lures to catch trout. The trout were very finicky. I had lots of follows and short strikes. Every hole I fished, had trout in it. Finding the trout was easy, but getting them to bite hard. I will definitely be back to fish this creek again and hopefully catch a big one! :)

Just caught this video (don't know how I missed it, usually catch them soon as they're available). Believe the 1st fish you caught was a rainbow. Have caught several 'bows with that pattern of spots, and you can barely make out the colors. JMO. Love what you do and the way you do it.

Yeah I believe that second fish was a, well, what I’ve heard called a sucker chub, could be a small white sucker, excellent Flathead bait though and that third fish too, regular chub. Man I used to have a few little creeks around here like that, just full of fish, no trout though in most of them, except one creek, here , that the state of Ky stocked on a regular basis, rainbows, and the creek was Boone creek. Pretty neat, you were killing it. Hit after hit. I’m knew to the area. Move from Miami,Fl. Currently in Corning,NY. cohocton river has tons of trout. I’ve landed my PB there. 26.5 inch brownie and 25 inch.
This creek is in my hometown! Absolutely love this little body of water and its always holding fish but sadly the waterways have changed a bit and some locals like to leave alot of trash 😡

I have spent countless hours exploring that creek and you’ve barely scratched the surface man, it’s extremely underrated and has some huge browns lurking in it... No way! I just saw that you were fishing at my hometown creek!!! I have caught multiple 20 inch trout including a palomino there by the bridge. They stock it pretty good during trout season. I would love to fish with you sometime.

Cool looking jig at the first. Next time I go out I'm going to tie on some of my fly fishing nymphs and give that a shot. Curious how it will work. Slayed the fish all summer, but the leaves right now have been making things difficult!
It should work! Yeah the leaves are annoying. I was constantly hooking leaves with my spinners lol

@2:01, look at the tail. Thats a brown trout. You can tell because brown trout have very few spots on their tail (if any at all). I’m color blind so that’s how I always distinguish between brown and rainbow

Only trout I've caught were stocked in a lake , what state ?
Fish No. 1 brown trout (you can tell by the shape of the head). Fish no. 2 sucker (not a fallfish. Fallfish do not have sucker lips and they have bigger silvery scales and a white belly), fish no.3 creek chub (not a sucker, did not have sucker lips).

yeah there was! a lot of them were those sucker fish. Not sure exact species. But there were some brown trout mixed in with them.

How long do you fish? I rarely catch fish because I live in the desert and I can only be out once every few hours or else I'll get heat stroke.
Usually around 4-6 hours

First, I love your videos and have been studying all of your techniques as I’m new to trout fishing. Second, I can’t for the life of me catch a single trout 😩 I’ve gone to countless stocked trout streams and even to a lake only a few days after they stocked it at the beginning of October! I have 4lb fluorocarbon, I’ve tried spinners, yellow corn powder bait, trout magnets, mice tails, trout nibbles, worms, and small swim baits. I wear waders and walk up the creek and have also tried from the bank. I just don’t know what I’m doing wrong 😑 I’ve followed all the same techniques in your videos. I live in south central PA.
