Alphonso Davies seriously came a long way from being born in a refugee camp his family had to move from Ghana to Canada and here we are in 2023, he's playing for Bayern Munich, the best player in the Canada national team, has completed club football with them, and a champions league winner. When he was playing for Vancouver Whitecaps in the MLS, he was a right/left winger and he was a beast there, showing his quick pace and excellent dribbling abilities and many top clubs wanted him and in the end Bayern Munich won the race for him and from a winger, he's now a permanent left back where he's one of the best players in his position. He's world class and he's great going forward and to combine your dribbling and speed, his pace helps at recovering in defense and he takes on players on a regular basis. For the Canada national team, he was the driving force in helping them qualify for the World Cup for the first time in literally decades and we know how it played out and as long as Alphonso Davies is there, they can qualify for more World Cups for the years to come and he's an important player for his national team and he plays left back at club level, he has a solid scoring record for them. In recent seasons, he's had some injuries but his talent level isn't a question when he's fully fit and no wonder a club like Real Madrid is interested in signing Alphonso Davies and hope he makes the move there in the future and continues his growth as a player, he's only 22 he isn't the finished article yet, he can improve in defense and also stay healthy and continue to get better and then the complete package the dribbles, runs, crossing, and defensive work he'll be insane he's a top class left back and Alphonso Davies can still improve the consistency in his game other than that he's an excellent player and has the potential to be one of the best left backs of all time.

Yes Alphonso Davies started his career as a natural winger but in the last couple of seasons he’s been an out and out left back and he can be tired of playing left back as he said this summer that he wants to play further forward and he’s a very talented player but Alphonso Davies is still just 22 years old and he’s allowed to say all of this stuff he as a player has to continue growing and making sure that he stays healthy not be concerned about whether he should be playing left back or up top.

him and jonathan david are the best players of canada they have a lot of talent coming soon for canada.They will def compete with USA and will maybe have a deep run in the next world cups and tournaments ahead. I’m pretty sure Owen Hargreaves scored before him at his time in Bayern, I understand if I’m wrong it’s also confusing due to Hargreaves playing for England’s national team, but he was born and raised in Canada! (If you are talking about Bundesliga goals you’d be right tho!)
