    It's obviously designed to limit evaporation too.

    Yes, and so: How much Energy does it produce and how much does it cost ?

    • @haifutter4166
      @haifutter4166 Před 2 lety +3

      Some reservoirs were covered with black plastic balls to eliminate unwanted chemical reactions from the UV radiation. Additionally it reduces the evaporation. As it fulfills multiple purposes, and is more efficient due to the panels beeing cooled by the water, the pure cost/output equation is less relevant (but it still would be nice, if that data were given in the video).

      @@haifutter4166 producing millions of those black plastic balls was an absolute mistake compared to covering the reservoirs with solar panels. Yet solar has come down so much over time that it was much much cheaper to make the reflection balls.
      Energy and money produced with reflection balls= zero

    Maybe in a man made lake but in real water those panels would be surf boards getting thrown off of rocks

    Quanto oxigênio vai deixar de ser produzido pelas plantas aquáticas por causa disso, é só fazer telhados inteligentes com placas e resolvemos o problema da energia, não precisa cobrir rios e mares com isso

      Are you familiar with the locking terminals that are standard on all panels? Weather-proof. They sit under snow for months at a time. If they were a fire hazard (done improperly, bypassing safety, overloading ect, yes they can cause fires) they would not be approved for install on your home/business/in a field ect.

    Human ke liye to thik he ki alg koi land nhi chahiye or evaporation b nhi hoga water lekin jo jeev jantu is water me survive kr rhe he unko problem rhegi kuki bo sun ki rays k contact me nhi apayenge, jiske kaarn unhe bimariya hogi.
