Your second question is the reality in bollywood. All creative work such as set on which shooting is performed, all side actors, travelling, food for cast and crew , dresses for crew are maximum paid in cash. Whole film makers deals in cash except for the actors fees i guess.

There should be rule with max budget allowed for every year movie making. If 1000cr is max allowed for Bollywood, all movies collectively should produce within that budget. It is for sure that these actors will spend that money in foreign countries.

Now a days actors should be paid as monthly salary like 15-20 lakh CTC gross monthly in hand net pay 1.10 lakh - 1.25 lakh. And if only those films who cross 100 cr. Mark than only financer decides which actors get annual bonus of those actors. Monthly salary is the best option

Sad to see that in the name of entertainment we are spending so much on Theater tickets that these actors are demanding 25+ Crores for a movie. Even highly educated Proffesionals (CA's, Engineers, Doctors, Civil Servants etc) do not earn this kind of money in India after 10 year of service.
A simple logic, if theses actors (Including the Kumars, Khan's, Devgans, Kapoor's, Roshans, etc) start charging 10 to 50 lac per movie, the theater ticket price will drop automatically and eventually we can start enjoying movie in the theaters with our families at a much lesser price.
These Superstars have built their mansions worth 100+ Crores and secured the life's of their children and grandchildren. They are living king-size life with our hard earned money. I believe we better stick to OTT or any other form of free entertainment which is easily available on CZcams or any other app
