Jeeez! So unsafe but who am I to say that? Haha that’s why those have a grip down low Wouldn’t want to catch your hand holding that sledgehammer near the head ?
Bro did u watch the video.... that's literally why they let their hand slide to the bottom during mid swing. This is how its supposed to be done, start with one hand near the head and the other at the bottom, and slide the hand from the head to the bottom. Old school guys have no clue of physics, hence they are stuck in their old ways. You require more energy to swing holding both hands at the bottom than both hands separate
