I just finished reading the two books and I just have to say:
C.S. PACAT, this mfing author, really has the wits to write a solid slow burn and a good and twisted ending. UGH, I CAN'T WAIT FOR BOOK 3
I just finished dark heir and..
The plot wist, the characters, the Backstory of sarcean and anherion.... I loved it. AND THAT ENDING CRUSHED MY HEART INTO MILLION PIECES. I cannot describe what I felt in the last 100 pages, such a Rollercoaster, wonderful book.
I cannot wait for the third one!!!!
Yess i literlly cried at the end poor will and also is it just me or did violet still not believe he was that evil in the last scene with her....i also want to know what happened after the palace went boom cuz of will and james.
But in all honesty poor willllllll😢
i had already read it, i need the third oneeee so bad!
Ah man, I found waiting for book 2 hard but after finishing it I know it’ll be even harder to wait for book 3
What a cliffhanger 😭
I find this cliffhanger more easy to handle than the last one cus I was so mad at everyone in the end that I could not be sad. I am still processing my resentment😅. I hate self-righteous people
Hoping Violet and Cyprian will have more dialogues or atleast a budding romance😅 and dont even get me started on how bad I want Will and James relationship to develop cause I feel like after the first book the author might just drop another new love interest for Will.
I need part 3 so bad!
Spoilers:
My poor baby Will. Trying to do the right thing and caring for everyone so fiercly and believing the best of everyone and then that happens. He gave every single person a benefit of the doubt and no one extended the same to him. It aches (but in a good way because I trust it will be made better in third one).
Elizabeth and the newlyweds were a hilarious trio. I laighed so much at Elizabeth’s lessons in etiqette.
I was actually so mad at the end poor will like o was gonna turn into sarcean at any minute and literlly rage around the roommmm
