TRIP REPORT- KLM 737-800 Amsterdam Schiphol- Manchester (Economy)

On Saturday 28th October we travelled with KLM from Amsterdam Schiphol to Manchester onboard one of their Boeing 737-800's.
Our flight was KL1093, departing AMS at 16:20 local.
The service and product from KLM was excellent, as we expected.
Boarding was very quick and efficient and the crew onboard were friendly and accommodating.
We pushed bang on schedule. The captain had attempted to push 10 minutes earlier than our schedule however there were a few ATC delays.
One of the added benefits of travelling with KLM on this route is the free snack and drink served during the flight. The Amsterdam- Manchester route is a very competitive route with both FlyBe and EasyJet operating a number of daily flights. Neither of these airlines offer this service and this is therefore a nice added benefit. The crew carried out the service very efficiently given the short flight time of 50 minutes. The snack was an egg sandwich and a cup of water.
The cabin and seats onboard the 737 were clean and more than adequate with reasonable legroom and comfortable seats. We arrived early into Manchester however a problem with the jet bridge caused a small delay de boarding.
Overall our flight with KLM was excellent and we'd definitely fly with KLM again in the future.
