Just received this hard drive today. Have to say it’s just incredible. I’m so overwhelmed with all the games that will keep me occupied for years genuinely. Thank you Drew for sharing these emulation systems! 😄
@@coreymach_ my computers been perfectly fine and all the games have been working. But in saying that you still have to be willing to accept risks if you wanna get one of these cos you never know if there actually could be malware or not 🤷♂️
you could always hook this up to a linux system. use emulation station de and setup the games that way. avoid worrying about viruses if there are any on it.
Awesome video! Got the previous 12 TB Kinhank drive. After comparing game lists, PC games onnthis are the biggest bump. Does it have to be set up on the D: drive as well? Can they both work together? Or pick and plug each at a time? Again, thanks! Really tempted here. 😅

It would be alot faster with SSD drive the spinning drives are slow but still work. Put NVME it will turbo charge the computer but their smaller drives cost to much

@@Anomaly628 thats the point, speaking about kinhank peoples are reporting issues with teknoparrot and xbox games, no newer zelda's games and so much duplicates bcz of the various collection!!!...at the end kinhank is full of pc games relating to ps4 ps5 and xbox360 (most of those system are filled with pc games)!...this is the reason why I will probably go with this 12 terabyte.

They need to release a 16tb with more games on 3ds, xbox, xbox 360, ps3, switch, and ignore the pc games. Most people are buying this device for retro console games not for pc games. Please stop duplicates (different regions...different language of the same games...)
Don't fall for this guys. I know someone who bought one of these hard drives and the FBI was at his house a few weeks after purchase! The only way to maybe get around something like that is to buy it second hand with cash. Video games are not worth going to prison over.

I started freaking out when I saw oneshot was on here
in launchbox you can hide other disc 1 2 3 4 etc by combine them then you wil only see the 1 game but the disc are on it if you right click on it.

12 TB Kinhank drive is superior overall literally but the sheer amount of PC games if you get a discount is indeed tempting

If you watch the video he tells you were to find the playnite folder for pc, and retrobat folder for retro. It contains both. Hope that helps 🙏

Kinhank is superior, however like drew said from a PC games standpoint this drive is superior
