That's actually a clever move from the show creators. In the end of the episode Charlie gives this box to a guy he hates as a wedding gift. If it were not for "H", a lot of viewers wouldn't remember that it's the box with the hornets, so Charlie has done it for us lol.

Honestly i watched this episode with my buddies for the first time in years and i laughed more than i have at anything in a long time
I think this scene shows these characters personalities so well.
Charlie is just Charlie he has his interests and doesn’t comprehend that he isn’t “normal”
Mac is just exasperated with Charlie’s well charlieness
And Dennis is so self absorbed that he will just put in what would be one of his interests in Charlie’s profile for everything because if it isn’t what he’d say then it’s obviously wrong.
