WARNING: the backpack straps are very durable HOWEVER the clips that connect to the bag itself are sort of flimsy sadly, the clips themself are fine but the latch is easy to break. Only had the bag for 4 months and it has expanded and broken. Ekster has been kind enough to send me replacement straps for free though!

Cardiac ablation ? Glad to see you back and doing better. I am going to visit Brooks Brothers out of curiosity to see what they offer for MTM.

Cardiac ablation, you should have one cell in your heart which tells the heart to pump. I had rogue cells randomly telling my heart to pump so it would go 250+bpm which would cause me to pass out.
The surgery burned the bad cells.

@@TheDadBod Thanks. FYI My visit to BB showed that they have a TON of high end (VBC, Drago, etc) fabrics, like 5 books full. However the sales associate could not help me pick a fabric based on my needs (Traveller high twist). He said most guys just pick a fabric they like the "looks of" and they make them a suit. I asked but what about weight, Super number, weave, blended, etc. He just shurgged and said I knew more than he did and I could just look through the books as long as I wanted. No thanks.

Wow! Usually they have details of the fabric on cards with the fabric swatches. That guy needs to be moved to a different section. I’ll check out BB here at some point.

I’m not morbidly obese. I’m 40+ so my metabolism is slower. I’ve got shin issues from the military so running or walking for long periods causes significant pain. I’ve got plantar fasciitis so walking long periods is even more painful. Back issues from when a cab I was in t-bones another cab years ago. Wrist issues from the same thing. Right knee issues from the same thing. Right shoulder issues from pitching in little league.
My heart issues wasn’t caused by my weight. It was a group of cells in my heart which started doing things they weren’t supposed to.
As far as my diet; I’ve limited myself on breads. I eat healthy cereals like Chex. Cut out sugary drinks to 1-2 cans of soda a week. I don’t usually have a sweet tooth. Drink plenty of water. My nutritionist is happy with my check-ins. My triglycerides are high but they’ve been the same my entire life. My dad and twin are exactly the same. It’s genetic. Aside from that, my doctor is happy with my results. They both recommended ozempic to help with weight loss but I chose not to do that because I’m fairly healthy and don’t want to risk it with side effects.
