This is so cool! I'm searching for ideas to divide my older kids bedroom and came across this, I wont be using this idea because it would cut out all the window light but it's a really great idea thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the great comment! This is the exact reason why we designed the system and we have assisted in the design of thousands of temporary walls/room dividers. We have a translucent block which is a milky white and allows to light to come through. instagram.com/p/BQ4Xpb9gLwU/?taken-by=everblock
Did you use Styrofoam and mold them into lego shapes? Or did you buy them? This is a fantastic idea, especially for renters who can't alter the construction of the house and also an amazing space saving idea. Thank you ❤
check out videos.plans when the beds are bunk style,
but are in their seperate areas with one room having a lower bunk,
& the other room having an upper bunk, saving lots of room
This is a great simple idea
Well this is amazing 😉
Are those legos? Bro what

i totally want this for my 2bdr apartment. My son and daughter share a room and need their privacy. For this price I might as well opt for a 3 bdr... Guess I'll be going to yard sales and buying big lego blocks and trying to do it myself with that.....
Hi Karen! Building a room divider with EverBlock is actually much cheaper than hiring a contractor, buying paint, sheetrock, dry wall, molding, tools, etc. If you would like please email us at sales@everblocksystems.com your room dimensions and we are happy to design and price an EverBlock wall for you and show you a 3D rendering =)
I want to do the same thing!hiw Did it turn out?
@Omer Ashkar Hi there! We have pricing and products listed on our website (www.everblocksystems.com/blocks/), or we are happy to provide a custom design quote if you have a particular build in mind. The blocks are sold individually, in kits, bulk packs and through custom designs. What are you interested in building?

What stops the wall from moving/sliding or toppling down?
Do everblocks work on carpeted ground?
can i know is there restriction on choosing the folding door? i am not quite clear about how to install the door on the blocks. thanks!
The only restriction is the door's width; which is 3ft.
How many boxes were used in the making of this video?
There are about 119 Full Blocks, 14 Line Blocks, 14 Half Blocks, 28 Quarter Blocks, 12 Finishing Caps, 4 Quarter Finishing Caps used to build this wall. No boxes were harmed during the taping of this video =)

I know a lot of NYC landlords have problems with temporary walls and they’re illegal in NYC. Will these pose as a problem?
Not at all! Landlords and developers LOVE when their tenants use EverBlock because it leaves zero mess, requires no tools for installation and does not damage the apartment at all.
EverBlock Do you offer long term rentals? I wouldn’t be needing the blocks for more than a year or so. Do you offer options to buy them back if they’re undamaged?
@@alize0623 We designed the EverBlock Systems to be fully reusable and 100% reconfigurable, you could use the same blocks to build hundreds of other objects or structures - there is never a need to throw them away! We do not offer long-term rentals, but are happy to discuss your project with you if you would like. Please feel free to email marketing@everblocksystems.com, we offer free design work using our 3D Virtual Builder.

Why didn't you build the wall down from the window wall so that each room had a window? You could have also built a little lobby so that each room had it's own access. Cool bricks though, simpler than a stud wall
Are you dense?
How do you anchor it if I want more semi permanent wall
You can easily fasten the EverBlock wall to the floor or adjacent wall with a simple L-bracket. However it is not necessary, when building walls we recommend adding side columns into the design on each side which adds much stability to the wall. We've never had a wall fall over by a client.
Thanks for your reply. btw, the side column goes all the way up or just the feet is enough?
@@ronaldyudoadityo8192 Typically the side columns will run the height of the wall, but you can design them however high or short that you'd like. We also offer free design assistance using our 3D Virtual Builder. Simply tell us the dimensions of the wall needed and we will get designing that for you right away.
Where I find the bloks
Legos are the Future!
Does this wall comply with building codes?
Yes in most cases because these are temporary walls or dividers and there are no tools or construction needed to build your wall. Our blocks leave zero damage to the space.
see I have a baby brother if he lays on this or someone is standing against it would it all fall?
Each Full Block weighs 2lbs. and when stacked it adds much weight and stability. When building walls we always include side columns into the design on each end, this adds tremendous stability.
This looks exspensive

The blocks have surprisingly strong sound dampening properties, but are not designed to be fully sound proof.

@@Everblocksystemsblocks how.many blocks would I need to that in a room Similar dimensions as that? And where can I find that door thing
@@MrToodannice We sell several pre-designed wall kits with the option to add the accordion door, or we are happy to custom design a wall for you for free using our 3D Virtual Builder. This wall with a door is 10ft x 7ft and costs around $1,400. Keep in mind that the blocks are 100% reusable and reconfigurable, so you could always build other items and structures. For instance, I have an EverBlock wall divider in my apartment, I needed some private office space so I split my living room in half. When I have company over or when I throw a party I take my wall down and build a full bar with stools and seating, as well as a short projection wall to watch movies and games on. When the party is over I simply rebuild my wall; takes less than 20 minutes. www.everblocksystems.com/wall-kits
Having 1 "big" bedroom helps I guess.
How many did it take you to build that? what would the price end up looking like actually?
Spot on!
Hootsy Pretty expensive, $10 a block?
it's nice but no info on what your using
We are using our life-size modular building blocks! www.everblocksystems.com/
They’re so expensive and u should make a way to calculate how many blocks you’ll need for your space on your website bc it’s hard to estimate
We do, we have a proprietary 3D Virtual Builder where you can design your own structure, or choose from hundreds of predesigned items. The Builder will tell you the exact number and types of blocks needed for that design, as well as provide layer by layer instructions: build.everblocksystems.com/
What in the Super Mario World is going on here 😂
are those lego's
with that price you can just get a wall
We have actually done a study and an EverBlock wall is cheaper than a traditional wall, with the added benefit of being able to take it with you if you move! It does not require tools, glue, tape, sheetrock, dry wall, paint, moldings or labor. Check it out here: www.everblocksystems.com/blog/2017/4/4/everblock-wall-vs-traditional-drywall-wall-which-is-cheaper
just lower the price dude , speak to an economist . If youre price was lower i would buy 100% and its not cheaper then a wall . i put a wall for less than 1000 and not only walls but youre competing vs top of the line wall dividers at your current price . its a good idea and think its cool but so over priced.
Thanks for the comment, we appreciate you enjoying the idea and we are always looking into ways to cut costs for our clients. The price is currently dictated by the cost of high impact polypropylene plastic with color additives and UV inhibitors. We do offer discounts to educators and on bulk orders, let us know if you have a specific design or build in mind and we are happy to see what we can do. Our blocks are premium quality and a premium solution to temporary walls. With the system being modular, you can design hundreds of structures using the same blocks over and over and over again. They have lifetime value and pay for themselves in a very short amount of time.
What type of door did you use?
It is an accordion door system which works seamlessly with our blocks: www.everblocksystems.com/accessories/everblock-door-kit

Have you priced building a traditional wall with labor, sheetrock, molding, paint, tools? An EverBlock room divider is much cheaper, and does not leave a mess or require any tools or contractors for install. It's a DIY project and takes minutes!
Bro splitting the room because I keep screen cheating
Every minute is a second
We love time lapse!
pretty cool. but by laws it has to be stud walls. and have 2 fire egress escape routes. 1 window 1 door or 2 doors 1 to the outside.

Are those white leggos? Lol
20 seconds not minutes
Depending on how much coffee you've had! =)

the sound is not good I am quite disappointed
yeah most expensive wall in 20 mins
These are way too expensive, better and cheaper to just build a wall with simple framing and plywood.
Those blocks are $24 each... no thanks....
No there is no way any landlord or Council if you are renting will let you do this, not in England anyway.
While some landlords, Housing Associations and Councils do allow you to paint or decorate if you are renting. They won't let you do any building work which is what this is.
Even if you own your home you still cannot do this unless you have planning permission from the council.
You cannot just knock down walls or put up partition walls, in any rented or a home that you own without permission or planing permission from your council or landlord.
If you do anything like this in a rented or Council flat you would be breaking the tenancy agreement and can be evicted. And you would also be in trouble with the Council if you were a homeowner and did this without planning permission.
So what this person is suggesting is just stupid.
Andrea.
these are legos not cinder blocks.
I am not sure we agree with your assessment. These are in our mind not much different than furniture, bookshelves or other portable, non permanent dividers. They are not affixed to floors, walls, or otherwise. This is not building work.
lady its not that serious you probably one of those ppl that would tell on your neighbor for every little thing they did
Well I know my Housing Association let anyone do this and neither will any other HA or private landlord. As they would class that as building or structural work which they don't allow.
Anyway why would you want to do that in a rented flat?
I don't see the point.
If you 1 bedroom flat is not big enough then move to a 2 bedroom flat.
+Andrea Borman stop being do serious andrea...its just a TEMPORY solution to give 2 children a bit if their own space for example or maybe if space is needed to be able to share a room for brother and sister for privacy...remember its up in 20 minutes and can be taken down just the same...its NOT permanent....just a divider....DONT panic Andrea...chill out and have a great day :)
He really waisted my Time
Is this a joke? are you all joking? this looks awful
