I love the way the GFX renders space. Beautiful frames dude.
Glad you like them!
the thumbnail alone is a masterpiece, have a great time in Japan!
Thank you! Very excited to explore
Man those videos want me to move to California so badly! The light and the landscapes are just something else. No comparison to the dull stuff in Germany!
It’s incredible here
oh yeah, go to San Francisco...better than it's ever been. Really. Everybody is so thrilled to move there right now. Dull Germany...absolutely.
Cali looks incredible but Germany is NOT dull whatsoever. Some corners are prettier than others for sure but there’s beauty all around, you just have to look a little harder in some spots.
Thanks for the upload and great shots!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Beautiful stunning images!!
Absolutely gorgeous photos!
You’re really taking your photography to another level mate. This video and the collection of images were absolutely stunning. You really know how to extract those Fuji colours masterfully. 🤌🏼
Amazing photos man!
Thanks a ton!
You always deliver, Samuel! Top inspiration right here
Amazing photos!
so beautiful
Can’t wait for the Japan videos.
Amazing
🔥🔥
lush this! you've nearly hit 200k subs Wooooo 🤯🥳🥳🥳
So close!
That Fuji flash has to be the first gear I owned ahead of Sam. Usually it was the other way around. You see it here, you think you need it 😄
Hahaha - such an amazing flash I really love it
Yo Sam, how do you like the 32-64mm F/4? Do you think it's similar to the Canon 24-70 (sharpness at detailed wise?). Currently trying to decide between the 32-64 F/4 or 45mm prime lens. I'm coming from a Canon system and I pretty much only had the Canon 24-70 glued to my camera.
I live in California and am trying to get colors like this when I get outdoors! Do you have any suggestions for film simulations or presets?
Amazin shots as always! Can you post the link to the images on your Squarespace site🙂 Thanks!
I have the 100s, awesome, but I get back to B&W film photography
Great video. I love your colors. 🔥🖤Btw there is no link to your gallery.
Coming soon! Sorry about that
At one point i recalled you talking about not being sure if youre keeping all of your xt5 lenses, what did you end up keeping? is it all of it? Looking to downsize my lenses and go back to the ones youve chosen but want to know your thoughts on them
Sold the 35 and 50mm, love the 23mm the most. Also picked up the 27mm pancake to test out.
😊
3:07 shot was insane
Agreed, this one stopped me in my tracks. I could have this loop on my tv for hours.
Hey, whats the link for the gallery of pics?
Does the 4:3 aspect ratio of the GFX have something to do with how much you love it?
Honestly haven’t thought about that but yes, I do love the 4x3
Nice shots! Did you use any film simulations?
Yes! Velvia mostly
do you shoot raw and edit ? or jpegs
Where were you able to get the EF-X20? They're hard to find here in Canada.
Just on eBay - tough to find though that’s for sure
@@SamuelElkinsPhoto Ah ok....thank you for the reply.
Jump scare at 3:25. Be careful guys
gonna make a drinking game out of you saying beautiful lmao
I’ll join ya
@@SamuelElkinsPhoto hell yeah
I read the title as „capturing Yosemite from Mt Fuji“… as in from Japan
Ha! Funny enough heading to Japan here in a few days 👀
same, I read Mt Fuji
