Great acting!! Thank you so much EastEnders for doing a story line on this... I have several panic attacks a day from having PTSD and severe panic disorder, definitely needs more awareness like this!
I have anxiety and I know what it’s like to to be so overwhelmed where you just want to be alone. I’ve never had panic or anxiety attacks but I’m so glad EastEnders are doing this storyline
I honestly think they should have chosen someone else for this storyline. The Carter's get everything thrown at them, and I think that they have run their course.
True panic attacks can make you feel like you are having a heart attack, I suffer them every single day and even during the night, i would not wish it on anyone
I used to get them all the time. Feels like great pressure in Ur stomach and chest. All u want to do is disappear . If u have one sit or lie down and listen to music. I had one so bad I felt like my body was being crushed. When u get them at work it's worse because there's no where to hide

I had it as well and I still got it because my cat go ran over by the car and my grandad also died of cancer in the same year 2005 and cant stop talking about it it’s like I’m stuck in the past and I got anger management I can feel my heart beating faster and faster and I get hot clammy and my chest get uptight it’s feel like dying inside and breathing gets faster and panic attacks won’t stop till 10 minutes
This storyline has been so far portrayed perfectly. I have panic attacks too, and it means a lot the shows raising awareness on it.
