My Ammamma’s Spicy Venna Undalu Recipe || Quick & Easy Snack || Infinity Platter || 2022

Today she’s showing us how to make an easy snack and something I used to eat all through my childhood.
Ingredients -
110g Rice flour
30g Butter or Venna
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Chilli flakes or Chilli powder
Few tsp of water
- In a big bowl, add 110g of Rice flour, 30g of venna or butter, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp Jeera or cumin powder, 1 tsp Chilli powder or Chilli flakes and mix well.
- Add few tsp of water until the dough comes together. If the dough gets too wet, add some more rice flour. If it’s too dry, add little water.
- Taking small parts of the dough, start rolling tiny balls until you finish the entire dough.
- Fry them until they become golden brown.
- Fry some dry red chillies and curry leaves and add them to the vennundalu
- Add some extra Chilli flakes or paprika for some added flavour and colour and enjoy!
