I had a similar LS1 alarm on my F85. After trying a bunch of things, it turned out to be a problem with the motor controller board. The wire jumper labeled RT1 apparently overheated at some point, and one of the solder connections partially melted, resulting in a bad connection. Because of this, the motor was not getting full power from the controller. I resoldered this connection, and have not had the problem since. Hopefully this helps.
My Sole F 65 just started by itself, but is completely stuck on a very low speed and none of the buttons on the machine work at all. Any ideas as to what to do?
You should just have contacted the company if there is a problem. If you bought this new, then it'll be underwarranty. Don't "hope" that someone from Sole will see this and contact you, that's ridiculous

Did you try unplugging it?
@@iflex1963 I turned it off at the plug severla times. Would it make a difference if I actually took the plug out of the wall?
I would pull the plug and wait 5 minutes...then plug back in and see if it reset itself.
@@iflex1963 Thanks, I will try leaving it overnight and will let you know how I get on tomorrow
