    This recipe can make 8pcs! 这个食谱能做八个彩虹蛋黄酥!
    Ingredients 材料:
    Water oil-dough 水油皮
    Plain flour 普通面粉: 75g
    Sugar 砂糖 : 15g
    Clarified Butter 无水黄油 : 27g (can replaced by shortening or lard 可以用白油或猪油有代替)
    Water 水 : 27g
    Each dough 每个面团 35g+-
    Oil-dough 酥皮
    Low-gluten flour 底筋面粉 : 65g
    Clarified Butter 无水黄油 : 32g (can replaced by shortening or lard 可以用白油或猪油有代替 )
    Salted Egg Yolk 咸蛋黄 : 8 pcs
    Lotus Paste 莲蓉馅 : 240g (Each 30g)
    *Food color used in this video, you may use any natural food powder.
    *Bake in pre-heated oven with 150°C for 30mins
    *视频内用的是食用色素,也可以用其他天然色粉取代
    * 烤箱预热150°C 烤30分钟
