@ZE GAMER The problem there is that they're appear randomly on sunset sarsaparilla bottles. Unless you meant finding all the pre-generated caps, that would be doable.
I have actually done this before, it just requires a good head start, and it is extremely cathartic to blow Malcolm's head off with Pew Pew once the quest is finnished.

I didn't know that wearing Legion armor when confronting Lanius will change his dialogue. I've played this game for hundreds and hundreds of hours, but I didn't know about this detail. Imagine the terror and confusion Lanius must feel if "an envoy of the West" and the Legion's greatest enemy confronts him while wearing Caesar's armor.
Hmmm, now I wonder if he has another set of Dialogue if you are wearing Caesar's armour... looks like another playthrough is in order

@@komiks42 I don't think lanius would care he probably hates Caesar after their "history" but lives to fight for the legion instead of Caesar himself.
Literally every playthrough I do of this game he always shows up in a weirder and weirder spot, and at the most inconvenient time
The best is when he shows up at cottonwood cove, for me after the dialogue he just jumps into the river and swims away lol

I had him show up in Quarry Junction while I was scoped in with my Anti-Material Rifle lining up a headshot on the Deathclaw mother. Just about shat myself.

My last run he tracked me in to the repconn test sight. He startled me more than the nightkin.
Fun fact,when you leave Doc Mitchell’s house,turn about 50° left,and the house with the farmer plowing outside has a star bottle cap in it.
I would have loved to see Malcom ambush you at the Battle of Hoover Dam. It would be like some guy tapping a soldier at Normandy on the shoulder to tell him about collecting baseball cards.
This IS possible Insane Frame did a run as an NCR soldier and right before the Boomers dropped their payload Malcolm appeared and gave chase. Neither faction attacked Malcolm.
The one dislike is Malcolm Holmes who is sad he couldn’t catch up with Nerbit
But can you beat Fallout: New Vegas, with only the ammo Sunny Smiles gives you.
Completing the tutorial nets you like 170 bullets
You can beat the game without shooting a gun at all, so any weapon related challenge is always possible.
Can you beat Fallout: New Vegas whilst being chased by Malcolm, Kowalski and simillar characters at the same time
Just have a small army of people following me at all times, it would be like getting chased by a mob lol

Probably, if you talk to people who are sleeping they will also follow you until they speak to you so you could have quite a lot of people after you if you tried lol

Mitten Squad sucks. He cheats incessantly with weapon mods that do more damage than base game weapons in weapons-based challenges and his voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

@@TheAbbeyoftheEveryman On rare occasions, Lucas Simms may follow you out of Megaton and stay behind you regardless of where you travel to. However, he is not hostile, although his health bar does show and he is wielding his gun.
Imagine Malcolm catching up to you during credits sequence and interrupting the narration. Seriously though, he is one of the most terrifying creatures in Mojave, not for his power, but for his relentlessness.
This has got to be the most hilarious concept for a New Vegas challenge! Imagine the storyline centering around the Courier only completing the storyline simply because (s)he was just trying to get away from Malcolm Holmes the whole time! 😄
i would really like a 'Can you beat fallout new vegas as sierra petrovita',where you can only heal with nuka cola,it would be even better because it has rads instead of sunset sarsaparilla and if i remember correctly it takes time to heal

Think so, yea, im playing a house run and pissed off the NCR so much theyre sending hit squads. But if I wear any Anti NCR armor. They don't do anything, even in massive places like camp macarran
@@pancakes8816 I think they meant as in wearing the Legion armor and not taking it off once, seeing as how both the NCR and the Legion are both at war with each other they tend to kill on sight anybody that wears anything resembling the other's symbol. As for your anti NCR thing I believe that might be a glitch since the hit squads are supposed to fight you regardless but I'm not 100% sure.
@@elianrodriguez7318 yea, its a bug. They don't do anything to me, even the hit squads sorta just spawn and stare. I glitched it by killing the hit squad before they could talk to me or something
@@pancakes8816 that may explain why I've never encountered that particular glitch in any of my playthroughs since I tend to engage in the dialogue or just run away. Thanks for the clarification, might just try it out next time I feel like I'm in the mood for some NV.
Favourite place Malcolm found me in was Quarry Junction. I had decided to mess around and cheat myself a Fat Man and Mini Nukes to kill the Deathclaws. I was on top of one of the mining things and turned around to see Malcolm running up to me.

He stops following you if you get far enough away from him. He won’t follow you to the anchorage memorial for example.

Niceeee, been waiting since you've made that community post, I have a suggestion of a possible run, can you beat Fallout New Vegas while being chased by Vulpes? He will follow you if you get close to him in Nipton, but he will get attacked by the NCR so it makes the run harder you need to take care that he wont get killed, almost as some sort of escort mission lol, or maybe followed by everyone? Can you beat fallout 4 as a bebe (being half of the height?).

vulpes will probably kill any ncr troops that arent veteran rangers so he probably doesn't need to worry about that

If you do a golf club only run, you better say something along the lines of, "A man chooses, a slave obeys, so I decided to be a man and beat mr house to death."

The star bottle caps are just a timer before he ends up jump scaring me. It's just about that time stop and sudden zoom in that gets me.
I swear to god you upload at the best times. Just sat down with dinner ready to enjoy some NV laughs, love the content as always man.
This game has so many unique lines of dialogue that it's hard to believe how short of a time it had to make

These have become a highlight in my week.
This was great! I just started a New Vegas challenge run and he got me as soon as I completed sunny smiles training quest, lol.

Wait, hitting level 4 increases your speed? I’ve played NV for 7 years and am just now leaning this. Do you gain movement speed at any other level?
It's only if you take the Travel Light perk at level 4, you need 45 survival and it gives you a 10% speed increase in light or no armour, it is a super fun perk in Legion playthroughs if you go full melee :)
The only other way to increase running speed is to take Atomic! (Lvl 20) on top of Light Touch. Tunnel Runner (lvl 26) lets you move faster while crouched.
Atomic! gives you 25%+ speed only when around radiation, but eating irradiated food also works.

It’s time to get as many of these follower characters to chase you as possible. I wonder how many there are in nv
you can make any NPC that sleeps into one of these followers. i actually led the full force of the NCR i could find at mojave outpost into nipton on my second playthrough.
just walk up to them while they sleep and talk to them. they will stroll towards you relentlessly. lets you bring all of the boomers out into THEIR OWN ARTILLERY BARRAGE.
i like these videos because its just you fucking about with a regular playthrough and they look like you enjoy them much more too which is nice

Little tip if y'all wanna try this run yourself even faster:
First house on the left when leaving Doc Mitchell's house has a star cap inside. And I suppose if you wanted to be chaotic, you could also kill that constantly tilling settler and take his stuff.
People have reported running into Malcolm and Pvt Kowalski in Lonesome Road and the Big MT, it would be interesting to see dlc runs with them chasing you
