6 weeks after the flood - Antweiler in the Ahr valley - this is what it really looks like!

This video shows unadorned impressions of Antweiler, six weeks after the decaying flood in the Ahr valley. The picture is still terrifying - especially in the flatter areas. Images that are not shown on television, other messages seem to be more important here.
A lot of help is still needed in the Ahr Valley and it won't work without the volunteers.
As an example, we would like to name three websites where you can find further information if you want to help actively:
1. The helper shuttle: www.helfer-shu... There you are brought from the county at the Innovationspark-Rheinland, where the Haribo company is, to the disaster area in the morning with shuttle buses and again in the afternoon brought back to the car. Helpers cannot stay overnight there, but there is the possibility to camp in the county.
2. If you are physically fit, you can also help the winemakers of the Ahr. You can get all the necessary information on this at: www.ahrtal.de/... You can register as a helper there using a form.
