Exactly the same formula I had derived about 2 months ago. The inspiration came from one of the interview of Ramdev Agrawal sir.only difference that, In my formula it's sales growth instead of earnings growth. Also I worked on the similar 2year return concept.

This G2G concept is now getting media attention however as Ajay says in his Ambassador example it was already present. Look at Glaxo, Whirlpool, Colgate, Relaxo, Crompton etc. they very well fit this G2G concept. Look where Asian paints, Pidilite, HUL etc. are heading in some years. I guess long term investment means 10 years now and anything greater is a sham to loot investors.

Totally unable to understand the Graph at 28:49 . Ajay Sir is saying the buy zone is in third quadrant i.e when past 2 year returns are negative and future 2 year return is also negative. Iska matlab sari 25%+ ROCE wali companies whose stock gave negative returns and will continue to give negative return are only eligible. Very confused. BTW thanks for the session.
