why companies organize earning conference calls / con calls?
Is it mandatory for public companies to organise con and earning calls?
Can they lie on con calls if not what is reason behind it?
What are the regulations they have to abide at the time of organizing these calls for stakeholders?
In addition, Vivek Sir, I have, watched your video on why we should follow con calls and it was very helpful.
Similarly, please make part 2 of it to help us to understand - what are compulsions of public companies to organise these calls every quarter?
