I found lossing weight isnt much difficult at all but after loosing weight the real difficulty is to maintain weight.

You are throwing away the good fats by not consuming the egg yolk. The worst thing one can do.
Also, your form in the overhead presses must be corrected, as your shoulder might be dislocated once you opt for heavier weights.
Similarly, your form during the machine rows could be better as you lean too far behind.
Also, you do not need a separate day for the biceps as they are a very small muscle, and 6-8 sets can completely exhaust them.
You can switch to push-pull days!
Day 1 - Back and biceps
Day2 - Chest and triceps
Day3- rest
Day4 - Legs
Day5 - Rest
Day6 - Shoulders
You will be able to gain, with 2 rest days in between, as you have highlighted that you want to gain weight. If not, you can train each body part twice a week by eliminating rest days in between.
Sunday can be a rest day.

I also loose weight my weight was 85 and now Alhamdolillah it is 68
But meri lower body bulkey hai especially thighs.
Mainy bhi diet controll ki thi or daily almost 8 km walk karta tha with a little jogging.
Ab gym start krun ga especially for lower body fat.

I started doing workout after getting inspired from you and Andrew last year 2023 almost at the same time, my goal was to gain weight I was at 60 KG when I started my workout, Now I am at 67 KG. It has been very difficult for me to gain this 7 KG, I understand you completely when you say "I eat a lot but I am losing instead of gaining.". I just hope I hit 70 KG by the end of this year. My goal is to hit and maintain 75 or 80 KG at least. Let's See!

Weldone sir MashAllah you look really fit and healthy Alhumdullilah, my opinion concerning man must be fit but lil weight always look better same as you are approx 75 to 79 it’s handsome second you rejoin it’s completely fine to loose weight(3kg) as you mention it’s because the gap of holidays and now returning to working environment so definitely it’s impact.
Gaining weight tips.
1) less exercise (use less weight but don’t stop) (water intake must be calculated not too much)
It will allow weight to put on but you will not loose your shape
Back exercise must be fully charged one means heavy weight only at back to achievE SHARPEN muscle.

Me khud weight loss kar Raha hu abhi boht mushkil tha starting me khanay ko kaam Karna.
Ye mera Diet Plan ha theak ha kiya ❓
Meetha bilkul band kar diya ha me ne . Subha Bran Bread ka sath salan dupehar me salad aur raàt me 1 roti salan ka sath.
Walk kar raha hu almost 7km and basic core exercises
You must hit 2 major muscle in a week.... Do combine exercise and complete full body muscles💪 in 3 days so fourth day exercise hit 2nd time in a week🖐 of your muscles💪.
