Maybe lifestyle inside concrete rooms and so called hygiene rooms reduced our immunity power.. Let your kids play little bare footed on earth, and have some soil(chemicals free) in your hands and body, the first dose for immunity start with this...
When we were kids we plays football in mud pool in paddy field while raining / plays cricket in hot sunny noon time.. may gets sick like common fever for 5 days.. but that made us more immune from young age.. awesome childhood..
