These videos are amazing, I'm studying medicine and they help me so much. I wanna show my friends these videos but I live in a Spanish speaking country, so it'd be hard for them to understand. I don't know if this sounds too crazy but you guys should put subtitles, not just Spanish, I'm sure many people would benefit from this. Anyway great video.
Thank you for this! As a new Hem/Onc nurse, these videos are helpful!

I just found out that my wife has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma's on her head so this information she will be starting her chemotherapy so I'll be sharing your video with our friends who have been driving me crazy with questions about the Multiple Myeloma so now I can just send them all your great information.🏥💉💊
god bless you.my father was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and I feel so heart broken. Upon research i found out that to have vitamin B17. And basically organic foods. Specially the ones with seeds as they contain cancer fighting properties.
@@bigrig2000 how is your father doing?
Thank you for this. I have recently been diagnosed with Myeloma and this is really helpful.
How are you doing these days?
@@bruce_lee8969 Hi, I’m doing ok thanks, all things considered.
Multiple health issues are informing my treatment but overall I’m ok.
Do you have MM?
@@mattendspiel9341 I’m glad to hear that you’re doing alright and it looks like you have youth on your side. No I don’t have MM, but a close family member did. I pray you have a complete remission.
V helpful❤
Does the speaker have an educative CZcams channel?
Your voice is the best
I am 65 years old and my MM was detected on September 2016.Useful information.I had gathered this information from multiple myeloma research foundation.in my case the autologous stem cell transplant did last for 60 days only.
I have multiple bone lyric lesions with 9 fractured vertebrae and three fractured ribs.
Undergoing Maintenance Bortezomib chemotherapy every 14 days since past 10 months.Cytogenetic FISH report and bone biopsy shows VGPR.I have 3 clinal damages t(4,14),1q amplification and hyper diploids.
Three fellow MM patients in age groups of 53,59 & 66 years died in last 3months two years after autologous stem cell transplant.
May beI am next in line as my stem transplant was done 18 months ago.
Ranganathan NARAYANA MURTHY god bless you. I watch this video and then read your comments and my heart is broken on the others who pass away😢 rest in piece. Hopefully you have a long and healthy life.my fathers was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and I feel so heart broken. Upon research i found out that to have vitamin B17. And basically organic foods. Specially the ones with seeds as they contain cancer fighting properties.what is your recommendation.
@@bigrig2000 how is your father now?
I love this video 😛
Great video, except the end where it suggest Curative therapy using BMT. BMT is not curative. It may put a patient into remission for a few months or even a few years (lasted 10 months for me) but as of yet there is not cure for Multiple Myeloma.
Yes you're right Multiple myeloma is treatable not curable. Always hope for the best, continue to have faith!
How is it going are you in remission?
Another Corona type non curable virus to kill off the older people so they don't get their promised pension money back?
How are you now
Very clearly presented. Thank you 🙏. Not sure I like being referred to as a crab but it does help in understanding the symptoms and in communicating with my hematologist. I’m in my 70s, recent fractures, back pain (laminectomy being done next month) anemic. Multiple myeloma is one possible Dx. Good to know there are realistic treatment options.
Thank you so much for this! Extremely informative!
If plasma cells cannot divide how are they cancerous, do they gain the ability of mitosis?
i love you khan academy
