Call center ka ba talaga? Pag zero calls with end user/customer hindi ka call center. Back office (non-voice) BPO yan.
IT ba nature ng work mo? Try mo mag apply siguro associate/junior network engineer or pwede rin NOC (Network Operations Center).
Apply ka lang ng apply sa IT related na jobs habang nag wowork ka jan bata ka pa, marami pa pwede mangyari.
