About Video:-
in the big cargo ships, diesel engines use high-grade fuel. This fuel's energy density is high but also creates a lot of pollution.
in comparison, if we talk about ins vikrant, which is india's own indigenous aircraft carrier, which is equipped with an advanced lm2500 gas turbine engine that provides high energy density along with a high-speed propulsion system.
there are a total of four engines installed inside vikrant, each engine produces a power of about 30000 hp, and together all four produce a power of 120000 hp which is equal to about 88 mw.
it is a gas turbine engine that works almost like the jet engine of an airplane but inside vikrant, it has a different purpose.
the size of the nozzle of a jet engine is small so that it can get maximum thrust from the air, but the size of the nozzle of vikrant's gas turbine engine is large. here we do not want thrust from the air but have to use its rotational power.
in this video, with the help of 3d animation, the working of ges turbine engine lm 2500 which is used in ins vikrant is explained in detail.

Sir please explain how this ship stops if the ship has fixed propeller. By ⚓⚓ or what. If the ship has adjustable propeller than it can use reverse the angle and stops.
when we have more flexible engine with gear box then it cab be reversed by engine or may be gearbox

They don't actually use jet engines. They are similar but they aren't jet engines.
A powerful fan sucks in air, squeezes it together to make it hotter, then burns fuel in it to make it super hot. The hot air blasts out, spinning the fan even faster. This spinning fan can create electricity or power a ship. That's basically how a gas turbine works. These modern warships combine diesel for cruising and jet for torque and quick acceleration
4:23 Bro you are moving rotor in wrong direction. Actually these blades are designed just like airplane vings. And also generate some sort of lift force also. Which rotates the whole of rotor.
