The package insert or on the box/product, it should say if the medication requieres refrigeration. It all dependes on the ingredients used to make the medication and how the integrity of those will hold at room temperature.

I've read it's best to use it after your period or when your period is about to end.
Yes you can but you also have the option to wait until your period is over and then start treatment
Basically if you get your menstrual cycle while you are on treatment go ahead and finish your treatment course

For me it just dissolve and leak for 1 min. I don't know if that's the correct way

I would assume you can because you don’t out out of your vagina opening, you pee out of your urethra.
