    There were not only a disallowed penalty and an offside goal, but also a not given red card for Terry Yorath after 10 minutes, when he broke the leg of Bayerns Björn Andersson! All in all it was not a robbery, but a lesson in tactics for pretentious Leeds!

      @MrPursuivant Před 4 lety +1

      I really use to watch those old matches from the seventies over 90 minutes. He was a bad ref from the beginning but I don´t agree he was biast. Yes - it was a clearly penalty, it was a clearly red card for Yorath. Later in the second half there was a suprising looking like offside-situation: Bremner stoods total free before the Goalkeeper - but failed
      incomprehensible. This situation had the ref in his mind maybe when just a few minutes later this Lorimer-goal were denied because of passive lookig-like offside by Bremner (again?!). To put it all together: It was a bad ref, there were unlucky decisions by the ref several times, but in the end Bayern shot two goals -and no answer by Leeds were replied to this on the field, no last running, no ideas, no fighting till the end. It was a victory of cleverness over superiority - not a robbery!

    Absolute robbery! Leeds were far the best team in Europe and on the night,We now see the corruption by footballs ruling bodies. Was delighted when Bayern MOONSHIT had their hearts broken when beaten by Man utd. in later champions league final when Bayern were the best team on the night. But they weren't robbed.Peter Lorimers goal was one of the best in a final.It still is a goal as far as I am concerned.

      Ok they stole you the cup. I agree with you. why didn't you have the balls to make sign another foolish petition like the shitty, fake, feigned one made against AC Milan???'? why didn't you have the same pluck against Bayern, let alone that Bayern won the year before and above all they won again the following year against Saint Etienne ???? So did AC mILAN IN the following decades. We had won the cup of winners cup already in 1968 and we deserved to defeat you in 1973. the penalties must be also transformed, whereas our goallkeeper in Thessaloniki held whatever you shot to him. You have also kicked our goalkeeper because he had been able to prevent another goal. Your players had kicked him in order that his body overcame the line of goal with the ball on himself. As it had happened in 1969 in the second match between Manchester and Milan. But we won anyway against Manchester, Ajax and Celtic.

    • @Faber9722
      @Faber9722 Před 7 lety

      We had also our chances but you show through shorter pieces of the match on youtube only what is comfortable to yourselves and to your lies. Milan had won before and came back to win again.The crime doesn't stay in our victory in Greece but in the abolition of the Cup of winners' cup, which prevented new European teams to arise and to become themselves great too and to challenge the teams of traditions. Have you maybe realized that all the politicians everywhere are big liars that have such proposals to the sport fans just in order to gather polls and to keep their places and their huge political incomes?????????????? I thought that britons were cleverer than Italian youths but apparently I made mistaken considerations about your intelligence.

    • @Faber9722
      @Faber9722 Před 7 lety

      Why don't you talk about the lies written in the English newspapers in 2009 when the absurd news of the petition arose??????? At the end of the game when Rivera tackled and wrenched away the ball from Hunter, the latter one was ousted from the football pitch but also Sogliano who had committed a bad reaction on Hunter was ousted from the field. But the images on youtube offered by English fans of Leeds show just the Lies of same ebnglish journals. hunter was ousted and Sogliano too, both each one for the bad action committed. Rivera had just taken away the ball from Hunter in a normal and regular game or play's tackle. The anger from losing a ball maybe has driven your player mad and he reacted in style, that is not exactly British. Why don't we talk about the words of Dacourt that would play in italy after Leeds-Milan of 2000-01. Milan has already qualified so that we hope that they are not too motivated: dON'T YOU REMEMBER THAT ?????? Barcelona that has taken you away definitely the Inter Fairs Cup has written the history of football, whereas you disappeared. You qualified just to be slaughtered and swept away by Valencia 0-3. You stay here on youtube complaining, but the 1-1 draw against us in milan is something you should remember, like the mistake of Shevchenko that pushed you forward. I think it is better that you study history of football.

    Hard luck Bayern Moonshit haha. Great to see you beaten by an offside goal. In fairness to the linesman it was difficult to see as he was less than a yard offside. It's a pity Torres didn't score the penalty that shouldn't have been awarded. That would have rubbed salt into the wound. A few errors by the officials but at least it wasn't blatant cheating and corruption like when you robbed Leeds. Your team is over the hill. Winning the german league is not an achievement. It's a 2 or 3 horse race at the most every year. Money does that.....hats off to Leicester City who showed all "lets buy the league title" clubs how to do it properly.

    • @petermanson3475
      @petermanson3475 Před 7 lety +2

      LMFAO. You're not very bright are you?
      2-3 horse race, you mean the EPL title race? When you decide which of the Manchesters will fend off Chelski?
      What other teams are there? 4thsenal? Liverpool? Shit(=Tottenham)?
      Arsenal haven't won a title in over 12 years. Liverpool haven't won an EPL title. Tottenham haven't won since the 50s.
      You talk about Leicester showing how it's done... you mean doing what Wolfsburg did in 2009?!? and Kaiserslautern already had done? In fact, when Kaiserslautern won they had gone from relegated to title winners in 1 year. That also doesn't consider Werder Bremen's multiple titles as well.
      In fact, Leicester's win only tied the EPL with the Bundesliga for number of Champions since the EPL began.
      EPL (6) - Man U, Blackburn, Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City, Leicester (and let's be clear, the Blackburn and Leicester titles are clear jokes).
      Bundesliga (6) - Bayern, Dortmund, Kaiserslautern, Bremen, Stuttgart, Wolfsburg.
      That doesn't include Hamburger SV who have won the Euro Cup, Schalke who have won the UEFA Cup and were in a Champions League semifinals, and Leverkusen who have won the UEFA Cup and were in the Champions League final.
      Shall we move on to counting international titles now, as well?
      4 World Cups to 1 World Cup (earned off a dodgy call in extra time)
      4 European Championships to 0 European Championships.
      Keep pretending there's some British superiority at the sport, though.

      you're not very bright are you idiot?Did I mention anything about past decades? Hamburg winning the euro cup...what century was that?You have gone completely off the subject which was I said that Bayern bullshit winning the league now (not numerous years ago) is not an achievement in a two horse race....3rd place team in the Bundesliga last year finished almost 30 points behind the so called winners.Learn how to read first before you go off into a rant about how great german football is.I never said anything against german football in general, just the cheating done by Bayern moonshit against Leeds United.I note a member of that Bayern team is being investigated by UEFA or FIFA. What a joke!

    • @petermanson3475
      @petermanson3475 Před 7 lety +2

      +Alex Cronin your response was even more stupid than your original comment, not surprisingly.
      Winning the Bundesliga is most certainly an accomplishment. Your own reading comprehension issues and selective reading let you down. I gave numerous reasons to explain that, but here are even more!
      Yes, Bayern has been dominant in the league in recent seasons, but they've been dominant in the world, not just the Bundesliga. 5 straight UEFA Champions League semifinals appearances.
      They've continued that dominance over English teams over the recent memory as well, only losing in PKs to Chelski, but dominating Arsenal, Man City, Man U in their encounters. If Bayern were in the EPL they'd still be winning the league with games to spare.
      Plus, Schalke were in the CL semis in 2011, Dortmund the CL final in 2013. Routinely they put 3 & 4 teams out of the group phase of the Champions League.
      They are the #2 League by the UEFA Coefficient, based on actual results, not online speculation.
      So yes, winning the Bundesliga is most certainly an accomplishment.
      It's also hilarious talking about Leeds, then suggesting Hamburg's accomplishments were in the past. Hamburg competed in the Champions League in 2010, when was the last time Leeds even sniffed the Premier League?
      Leeds lost the game because they were talentless hacks that ran up against the more talented team. Their rough play and dirty could only prevented the damage from coming earlier.
      And Billy Bremner was indeed offsides.
      That Andersson and Hoeneß were forced out of the game with injuries from horrific challenges by Leeds players wasn't because Bayern players were cheating, that's the thugs of Leeds behavior.

      U laughing at Bayern losing in the champions league semi-finals but u wanna know what is even more funnier, English teams. All of them coming out, like the premier league is so tough and u talking crap about how Bayern is bad when Bayern have outperformed each and every single English team in the last 3 years. Oh yeah and u called that corruption when there's no evidence whatsoever to back it up u clueless idiot. The players don't have control over the referee's decision. If ur beloved Leeds was so much better than Bayern how come they did not beat Bayern in that case and even worse concede 2 goals with more than half time to spare. Lol, all English teams choking in the champions league, while Bayern have actually competed and made it to the semis unlike majority of ur so called "top" English teams. Give me a break u wanna talk about "let's buy the league clubs", when City and Chelsea are only competing because they went out and bought everything. FC Bayern would dominate the premier league and besides the Bundesliga have some very good teams such as BVB (who demolished Spurs), Bayern (dismantled Arsenal, beat Juventus and only lost to Atletico on away goals), Bayer Leverkusen (who managed to draw with FC Barcelona) and Wolfsburg (who managed to even beat Real Madrid). Yes the premier league have good teams, but u going off like the Bundesliga is easy to win is a load of rubbish.

    German footballers have had by far more LUCK in the whole history of football. So many penalties FOR them, so few AGAINST them. So many red cards for their opponents, so few for them. So many controversial referee decisions to THEIR favor, so few to the favor of their opponents. So many own goals on the part of their opponents, so few (just a few, actually, in 50 years so far) on their part. So many times their opponents playing without one or more crucial players, so rare for the Germans to have missed at least one of their crucial footballers. The list has no end actually...

    • @danielnewmanmk
      @danielnewmanmk Před 4 lety

      When was the last time, a German team was on the lead after the first leg by 4 or 5 goals, and lost the second leg by 5 or 6 goals, or by the same goal difference but with a better ratio (like 5-1 and then 0-4)??? Never. Never ever. And how many times was the opposite of it the case? I can't list them all. Real Madrid vs Monchengladbach 5-1, second leg 4-0 for the Germans, even in the last minutes!!! Dresden vs Uerdingen 2-0, second leg Uerdingen lies behind on the half time (1-3), meaning Dresden leads 5-1 in aggregate, but look and behold, in only 45 minutes the Germans score 6 goals, winning by 7-3!!!!! Besides, when was the last time a superior German team lost to an almost unknown team from another country? NEVER. NEVER EVER. And how many times has an ANONYMOUS German team beat a legendary team from another country? Can't count them all. Leverkusen smites Real Madrid! Kaiserslautern, Bochum and yet some other almost unknown German teams beat - sometimes even DESTROY! - famous foreign teams, although they play with their BEST squad. Conclusion: Germans have RARELY won a title legally, most of the time it was due to LUCK or MONEY.

      Really LAST, but by far NOT LEAST: How often has the German football national selection MISSED a European or a World Championship? Or even scored SECOND in the qualification group???
