On way up before climbing edge , changeover in descender will be proper way.

Hii ,
I saw some contractors, they are using monkey ladder for tightening rope for rope access work ,
when I talked with them about it,it's an unsafe practice and potential to cause serious consequences ,
What was their justification ,that we can use monkey ladders at the rooftop for rope access work

First You Need be sure rope îs maxim.tension...if îs to long from anchor point ,..that ascender will be at edge ,some problems..șo ,first ,tensionwell rope ..
