Hello dear friends
Today i am sharing with you all a very special cake which is Dalgona Coffee Cake. This is a chocolate cake with Dalgona coffee cream frosting. This cake comes out very soft and moist. It coffee frosting enhances the taste of cake. It look so beautiful. You can make this cake for birthdays and anniversaries. This cake is very easy to make with very common ingredients. So do try this cake and share your valuable comments with me.

~Ingredients for Dalgona Coffee Cake~
Cake tin used- 7"x7" square cake tin
For Base Cake
Maida or Refined flour- 150 g
Cocoa powder- 40g
Eno- 1 tsp
Refined oil- 50 ml
Sugar- 100g
Milk- 200 ml
Vanilla essence- few drops
For Coffee cream
Instant Coffee powder- 2 and 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar- 4 tsp
Hot water- 4 tsp
For decoration
Dairy milk chocolate- 2 of Rs.10 each

Loved this one very much. My seven years old son and I have been making this one since last year. We even did many versions of it replacing cocoa powder with coffee powder, vanilla powder, rose essence etc. This can be made at the drop of the hat. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SHARING THIS RECIPE.

But my cocoa powder is used earlier and only a small amount is left...
I tried it with the cocoa, and even I had very little. But that little is enough to give colour+flavour
And the cake was soft and fluffy
As well as sweet . With no burns. Liked it very much.

Hi, loved that u showed easy ingredients with normal vessels of measuring utensils as for starters n beginners like us we dont have all the equipment's. Looks simple but how much time need to beat the coffee batter? Also is 4 tb sugar enough to create that much cream to cover the cake?
Thank you so much 🙂. Yes that much of coffee and sugar is enough to make the cream. It takes 10-15 minutes. Try and you will be surprised to see only that little quantity of coffee can create that much cream. You can watch my Dalgona coffee video also.

Instant of Coco powder we can put melted chocolate and also tell on which stage to use it and also love your recipe

Yes put melted chocolate in the blender with refined flour and sugar and blend them all together.

If i don't have cake tin, can i use a regular steel utensil/ bowl?
Yes but take care . Cake burns fast in steel. Always put a thin paper in the utensil and then pour the batter. Cake will not stick to the steel utensil
