Hi Lucy, n.2 "to be a picture of health": in Italy we say "essere il ritratto della salute"; n.9 "to go under the knife": in Italy we say "andare sotto i ferri" :)
Exactly and the idiom "to pop one's clogs" makes me think of the Italian equivalent "stirare le zampe" zampe means paws.

I'd like to give you Polish equivalent to the last idiom 'to look like death warmed up'. I think it is 'wyglądasz jak zdjęty z krzyża' which literally means 'you look like you've just been taken down from the cross'. Thank you for all your videos, you're great teacher!
