Guile CA (66%/6641) Microwalk combo on Heavy Character(s) Street Fighter 6

  • Took the time to post this hard combo as a separate video to my upcoming post on combos against heavyweight characters. I’m in the editing phase of the video, and wanted to include some new editing techniques onto it- hoping it turns out amazing! Anywho, 66%, done with a DualSense Edge controller.

    Why? You can do simple heavies with CA and do 61% 😂 is all of that really worth it or even practical in a real match just for extra 3%? I get it it’s for swag but it’s a waste of time to learn.

      You give me a great idea, all the combos I do are for swag😂 but definitely are fun to perform. Extra unnecessary steps to win!

    I've been trying to learn variations of this combo. Thanks for including the inputs, but I'm still a little lost on one part of the combo (trying to figure out where the micro walk is as well). How do I get the cr.MP to connect after the following sequence downforward.HK Drive Rush Cancel into cr.MP cr.MP light boom, cr.LP light boom. I can get the light boom, but I'm +5 and the cr.MP is 6 frames to start up. Hope that wasn't confusing, thanks in advance.

      Not confusing at all- the down forward.HK boom loop is what a lot of people have difficulty learning at first. For me, what worked was for me to do cr.MP as early as possible, don’t mash it obviously because it’ll make the opponent airborne. It won’t make you far enough to finish the string; my recommendation would be to lab that boom sequence normally first to get the timing right, and then you can be confident in landing it. The microwalk is the St.HP that I execute before the third drive rush 0:07 . In rare cases depending on spacing, that specific boom loop won’t land due to spacing or the moves you’ve done initially that would make the combo drop(eventually after I upload a combo guide, I’ll consider doing a video on untrue boom loops or something along the lines).Do take the time to execute it in the lab, you got this!
