@@Helen-vv7ns Right it seems so strange the order it’s done in. Lol. It makes a lot of sense now though, why I always taste all the sweetness in the beginning and at the end of the drink it’s more bitter when I get an iced coffee from there.

You can actually make that coffee cold brew by just adding cold water to the grounds and letting it steep for 24 hours and you can also buy Starbucks vanilla syrup bottles from Starbucks

Another way that is cost effective and delicious is to use Tasters Choice Instant coffee, make it double strength dissolve it in a little boiling water, then add iced cold water. Use non-dairy French Vanilla creamer or any flavored creamer that you desire for the flavoring. They come in sweetened and unsweetened. And add either whole milk or half and half. I make mine this way all the time. And I love a sprinkle of ground cardamon on top for a special touch.

I love this iced coffee...I just make mine with 12oz of the iced coffee and 2-3 splashes of vanilla creamer..no extra sugar or sweetener...best ever!

I make my coffee, hot or iced coffee at home, I share on Instagram and one here too 😄☕☕During the cold and rainy seasons I make hot coffee, but at the end of spring throughout summer, I mame Iced coffee. I keep my cups from Starbucks and re-use them at home to make Iced coffee or tea. I posted to Instagram and CZcams how I make mine from home and hacks to save money when you must have caffeine aka coffee, but dont hane money to spend at the end of the month. I make one lg cup of black or flavored coffee about 12-15 ounces, pour it into a gallon pitcher then pour one large can of Starbucks energy double shot drink, mocha, hazelnut, vanilla, white chocolate mocha or coffee flavor then add alittle whole milk and favorite coffee creamer, stir well then pour over glass of ice, put the rest of in the fridge for later. It's perfect this way, because if you have a busy day the following day, all you will need to do is pour coffee drink over ice and your ready. No having to wait for coffee, its already made. I find that starbucks iced coffee with milk now tastes a lot like dunkins iced vanilla coffee when I was growing up. We're talking 20 years ago. I miss dunkin. I'm in the south and they're hard to come by

Question for you im trying to make it myself ( instead of buying it because its getting expensive in the bottle were I live) and just wondering when you brew your coffee what ratio of coffee grounds to water do you use please and thank you?? i have a regular coffee maker and I think I didn't put the right amount of water per coffee grounds or something because it doesnf taste right I can't even drink mine. Also after you brew your coffee do you let it sit out ( before putting into refrigerator??) Or do you put it in the jar hot and put in the refrigerator just curious im so new at trying to make this and the coffee were I live costs way more and Im trying to figure this out and I'd really appreciate your help please & Thank you?? I love that iced coffee, I cant find the carmel anymore which is disappointing
The way I make my iced coffee Is very easy
I start with my favorite coffee pod witch is donut shop regular but you can use any coffee you like. on the Keurig there are 3 sizes I make the medium sized cup of coffee. After the cup of coffee is made I place it in the freezer to get cold. once cold pour over ice add milk or half and half then add your creamer of choice done.

Can I ask you a question please. I bought Starbucks coffee in the bag because its gotten to expensive to keep buying the ready Made. But i tried making a whole pot and it didn't turn out right I believe I didn't do the water to coffee radio right. But i usually drink one cup of iced coffee in the morning and on my bag this says use 4 oz coffee to 6 fluid ounces of water and mine is Starbucks and I didn't do it like it said so maybe that's why it didn't turn out right, but that seems like alot of coffee per little water. But I read how you Made it and was wondering if you can give me any advice please and thank you?? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you
Plus you said you Can put in it the freezer ( while its still hot) until it gets cold??? Then add whatever you like?? I've heard you have to put it in the refrigerator overnight to leg it sit and I've heard alot of stuff but I just wanna vs able to make it myself that's all Thanks again

There are more than 15 Dunkin Donuts in Houston. Also, you can usually find some kind of DD ready-to-go iced coffee at any convenience store or the DD ground coffee at the grocery stores. Glad your recipe works for you though :-)

I use starbucks beans. I grind them fresh i make my iced coffee and somtimes hot coffee only whit the starbucks african coffee beans. I hope you and you,re family are doing well. Thanks for this video😁👋🏾

IM a huge coffee addict and decided to buy some stuff to make it at home. I use the same Starbucks iced coffee and did everything you did for the first recipe. I use caramel instead of vanilla. I find it to be sooo grosss, taste like medicine!

What is your coffee to water ratio when you brew it? Once it’s brewed so you put it in your container and put it in the fridge?
I use the normal ratio for hot coffee! Once it’s brewed I wait until it’s not steaming hot, then out it in the fridge overnight!

@@amberbratten9567 I've been trying to figure out the same thing but no answer and I've read on my Starbucks coffee bag it says 4 Oz's of coffee to 6 fluid Oz's of water and it seems like alot of coffee to a little bit of water but maybe that's why it taste good I haven't tried it that way yet. i Boughy some in the bag yesterday and i didn't go by the directions because of my boyfriend and it didn't come out strong enough at all so im going to do what it says on the bag the ratio it says. You're video popped up on my videos to watch, I also live in Houston and recently got hooked on DD coffee and I also wish there were WAY more locations around. I started buying the DD cold brew from Kroger and have drank that a couple times but there's nothing like going to DD and get one there 😀

@@Amanda_Fadul it's pretty good. Each box comes with 2 packs which in those have 2 small prepackaged packs and each make 2qt pitcher. You let it steep over night. I usually just do 1 of the prepackaged bags for 1qt pitcher and I get about 3-4 cups of the size you have. The box is about $4 - $5 and sometimes is on sale too. So not bad at all. Hope my description wasn't all confusing...lol

I live in Houston also (orginally from NY), Dunkin isn't as popular as in the Northeast. But they are popping so it's a good sign. Hopefully more locations open up.

You put hot coffee straight in the mug and then fridge? How long does it last in the fridge?
I usually let it cool down before putting it into the fridge. Stays good for about 5 days, if it lasts that long!

Maybe make the coffee stronger if you brew it yourself, just by using more coffee grind/less water. So it's more espresso like 😊 but great recipe, i cant wait to try it! 😍

I've bought the regular Starbucks coffee trying to save money instead of buying the ready made Starbucks because it gets expensive, but im trying to figure out the ratio per water to coffee because the bag says 4 0zs coffee to 6 fluid oz of water when you brew it and was wondering if you've tired making it yourself?? I didn't do it right and put way to much water because its not strong at all and its Starbucks and doesn't taste nothing like it so I did something wrong.m, guess I used way to much water. I have the ninja 10 cup hot and cold brew coffee bar. And their is a cold brew in 10 minutes setting and also iced coffee setting! Both of them taste amazing! But I do want to try out the Starbucks flavored coffee’s.

I always make iced coffee at home and I'm finding to make it taste like Dunkin Donuts iced coffee that when i add 2 T. sugar free syrup I also need to add a packet of Stevia or splenda sweetener. Also make a dark roast coffee instead of vanilla flavored, it'll taste more bold. Yum! 😋

I made hot coffee in a coffee pot like you normally would and then put that in the fridge for 24 hours.

I think u are suppose to add ice instead of putting it in the fridge. Coffee is really strong so diluting it with the ice makes it taste even smoother!!

Make sure the plastic is not BPA. Also I believe that syrup has Maltodextrin which affects the body exactly like sugar in regards to insulin resistance and weight gain. See: Dr. Berg, Thomas DeLauer

There are videos that show you how to make cold brew in a French press. So much better than brewing it in your coffee machine. 100 times better...
try a Mc Donalds coffee but asked to be freshly brewed;) add ur own milk n creamer. i like tht my Mc Ds close to me do try to always have fresh ☕
