Ummm is the office bigger than the guest room? I would definitely use that as a kids playroom, nothing bigger than a futon can fit in that space. Actually that could be used as a room for pets. The garage is decent nothing really special about . It'll be best for people with cars or small SUVS nothing super big.Gurrrl why when you said " it's time that y'all meet me upstairs" I literally said out loud ok I'll see you there 😂😂😂😂. The bathroom could be better but it's not the worst. I like the kitchen the pot filler faucet/ Kettle Faucet feature about the stove is really nice. You are HILARIOUS with your Romeo/Juliet segment on the balcony. But your hair is long enough so you can be Rapunzel as well. Yes the guest bedroom is nice but I wouldn't do anything larger than a queen against that wall because of the outlet that's right there, it'll be obstructed. Yes the guest closet is definitely " Cozy". The carpet in only one room is very different and I wouldn't do it personally. The master bedroom is nice and I agree adding foliage to your home definitely adds a nice feature. I absolutely love the master bathroom BUT I would change the bathroom door in my opinion they look like closet doors . I would change the stand alone tub and use a larger tub to level out the space with the shower. The closet is ok but I would prefer something larger. Besides the location I feel that house is overpriced. Your other house that was in the $700's was way better with better features . To pay that amount just to have two very close neighbors and not much parking space is a little bit much but it's still a beautiful home and I'm sure the new owners will enjoy it .

I’m more of a suburban person, but I do understand ones desire to be centrally located. Trust me, people will pay for convenience any day regardless of the price. The home is nice, but definitely an acquired taste for sure.
