    Price of Rs. 1 lac per sqmt. is not justified as Gr. Noida is still isolated. Hospitals, school and other amenities are far from these sectors. Prices in this area is artificially enhanced to lure innocent buyers.

      Prices in panipat, sonipat etc are touching 1L persq yard and it's so far from Delhi/ Gurgaon.
      This price is absolutely justified in gr noida.

      Prices are high no doubt, but infra is best here, and going to be very best in next 2-3 years. It has Metro, Best Hospitals, Malls, Markets,College, Schools, University, Expo Mart, Parks, Roads, Luxury, etc. Please visit once and then comment. 😊

      Delhi me 3-4 lakh rs meter hai noida me 2 lakh rs meter greno me 1 lakh rs meter yeida me 50-60 hazaar rs meter… sab apne hisaabb se shi hai

    Na jane kya hai Gr.Noida me faltu ka rate bhadha rakha hai seems kabristan me aagaye hai city k naam pe dhabba hai ye place na hi commerical belt na hi sui tak milta bus faltu ka hawwa bana rakha hai UP me Noida and Gr Noida me .Mumbai banglore me bhi aise bekar city nahi hai and na hi itna costly real estate hai other metro city ke

    जो सड़के, बिजली की लाइंस, निकासी हेतु सीवर, street lights, आदि basic amenities कहीं पर भी घर या flats लेने से पहले ही होनी चाहिए वो सभी तो यहां पहले से ही मौजूद है नहीं तो अन्य शहरों में तो घर पहले बनते है सड़के आदि बनने में सालों लगते है तो ऐेसे में यहां इस rate पर घर या plot मिल जा रहा है तो सही ही है भाई, कोई दिक्कत नहीं है बस आप थोड़ा gaur city चौराहे के 5 Km surround में जो भी sectors है, जैसे 2 और 3 आदि, उनके विषय में अभी वर्तमान स्थिति क्या है उस पर बताए .... channel आपका subscribe कर लिया है😊😊😊😊

    अभी इंतज़ार करो रेट सस्ते होंगे ईसी चक्कर में 50 लाख की पोर्पटी 1.30 पर पहुंच गई समझदार वही है जिसने समय पर ले लिया यंहा सस्ता कुछ नहीं होगा बकवास है सब दीपावली 2023 के बाद ग्रेटर नोएडा के किसी भी सेक्टर में 120 मीटर का प्लाट 1.5 cr से कम नहीं मिलेगा मेरा ऐसा अनुमान है

    Bhai, what you are saying is not correct, I have seen Gurgaon in 2001 when every thing was in reach to afford but people like you making people confused not to invest bcz rates just begun to increase, same thing happening in Greatee noida , you go to Hapur and won’t find Plot at less than Rs 1lac sq yard, property in such growing city is always cheap when you decide to buy, let come September , rates will be 10% higher to the current one

      Brother Noida and Gurgaon are famous due to Delhi .Jo company Noida or gurgaon mei wo delhi mei setup ni ki ja skti kyuki real estate rate bhut high or space bhi Kam ha . isliye Noida or gurgaon popular huha or baat rahi hapur 1 lakh sq yard is expensive because waha koi bhi commercial y corporate nahi ha toh yeh rate thi ni ha waha

      I know rates are not justified. But rates are increasing everywhere in India. We cannot live in false hope that rate would fall down and then we will buy it. Also rates didnt increase from the last 10 years. From that perspective rates are justified. If you think there are properties with better rates in NCR let me know.

      @@manishsingh-vj8ls so you think in an area where there is nothing, you can't even go out at night or in ever day you are not safe you think rates are justified. There are hardly any commercials either. I don't think a 120 meter villa for over a crore which was 45 lacs just a year ago is justified even if rates didn't go up from last 10 years. You can see vasundhara/vaishali/indirapuram with a bit higher rates and 100 times a better option than greater Noida
