KEXP are my favorite source for new music, they always feature good quality bands and Cheryl Waters has such enthusiasm for them. it seems to be a good atmosphere at KEXP.

True that. KEXP is pretty good but they do have their share of what sounds like local karaoke bands. Mammut is so good!
Cheryl Waters ... mmm ... not so much. Too cheesy and disingenuous. She says the same stupid crap every time and I’m sure she is not a fan of every “wonderful” band.
I heard of them in KATLA ( the tv series on Netflix ) they made its playlist - I am Argentinian !

I met Mammút in 2014, thanks to the participation of Sigur Rós former drummer in one of their live performances. And I regret that I "disconected", so that until now Im listening Kinder Versions (2017) for the first time.
Have the certainty that many others in México will listen Mammút... because I'll be playing their songs out loud everywere.

I'm still listening to this in 2021. It's a shame, if we were in the 90s, maybe even the 2000s, this band would be huge.
The 90s was limited by radio and MTV. They would have been even more obscure than they are now.

Ha! We've been posting videos of Mammút for the past 9 years. Not sure whose "olden days" you're remembering.
You know, its ok not to like every video they post right? Mammút is definitely an aquired taste but as you can see from the comments some people, like me, actually enjoy them
Got to cross bucket list item off when I caught them at at Airwaves this year. They were brilliant!
