How much would it be for u to make me a bag of custom shads
Having fished multiple s in different sizes and colors, czcams.com/users/postUgkxCbNOWAGmn6nfbCbJDmasvBq7J38KZNw2 this is by far my favorite. One thing to be aware of is the sided willow blade. One side is silver and the other is the green/orange shown. This is not bad, just unconventional. In terms of fishing, I have found the lure works just fine without a tail like a craw or shad. That addition is up to you. Also, the hook part where you attach the swivel snap or tie the line is a problem on baits these days, since it's able to slide up and down. However this lure seems to be tight enough that that doesn't happen often, and you can solve it by putting a thin slice of medical tube over the hook before attaching the line. Like others have said, it's really magic on a good windy day.
That's an awesome color combo. That has to be rewarding making your own soft plastics and catching fish with them. Good on you man.
Very awesome. Definitely brings it into perspective. Appreciate the awesome job.
My son and I are just starting out making baits. I took your advice and went with lure staples like the senko and 7" ribbon tail. Once I finish off the first gallon I'll scoop up craw, frog, and grub molds to expand the selection. Stuck with three basic colors black, watermelon, and grape. Thanks for the attention to detail, once we start (soon i hope....shipping sucks) Im sure all your advice will put us ahead of the curve. Thank you for all your hard work and time man, you are truly appreciated.
Damnit..........I feel a new hobby coming for me 😂
Really glad you did all the sprues. Makes me feel really good about starting out with 2 gallons of plastic. I also found it really helpful that we got a before and after number for the purposes of calculating laminates.
Make a bait with every mold in 1 video!
Awesome video Chris!!
👍👍🙌
Great vid I just started making my own lures because of your videos I don't have injection molds yet just one hand pour mold
Love your work mate some of those handpours are awesome 👍
Awesome guest! Great content! The worms are a very cool color! Outstanding work with your open pour swim baits! I really liked the bluegill pattern and always a fan of the trout.

Great and informative video... I freaking love that color.. Just ordered a bottle from lureworks
It's sooooooo cool
Amazing color as always chris. Like to see that color in a craw or punch bait. Happy labor day to you & family can't wait for the next video
Thanks sir
Awesome hand pour 🇺🇸👍🏽 great video
Love that color! Great video to show how much a gallon goes!
it makes a ton!
That's awesome. And man that was tiring for you as long as that probably took. Enjoyed the content.
Yeah exhausting
Enjoyed this video. Usually, just fish a couple of colors. so this is good if to make with a few other people at one time. One question tho what temp did you set the presto pot on to first heat it up and then when you dropped it?
That was an interesting video !!
Definitely ready for some remelt vids.
Roger that
Sweet video , was wondering Where can I get this pot melter ? Thanks
Your videos are super cool man. love that color, would make awesome frog!
Thanks buddy

I want to make my own senkos, how much would it cost to starting making them? Just the basics
That was fun to watch 👍
Thanks dude
Love that color.
What plastic do you recommend for starters?
Awesome! New hobby.
Great colors looking beautiful
Is that just water you putting them in after removing from the mold or worm oil?
Man I just got my gallon of dead on feather weight! What great timing for this vid! Great as always!
its good stuff
How do you get your baits to harden faster
Is their a way to prevent bubbles or air pockets in remelts
Thank you great video
Where do you sell your baits?
What was the total time to do all that? Impressive!
Have you ever made a line thru swimbait? I think that would be really neat
Cool color looks a rootbeer color what kind of water clear or stained u would use it in 😃🎣
Love your videos! If I wanna get into remelts and make my own senkos, what is the bare minimum of what I need to get to start?
Same question
Great video idea👍👍
Thanks
Cant get enough of the content! Thanks for sharing the knowledge and passion with us! Have you considered doing a sort of troubleshooting soft plastic video? Where you might show finished lures with issues and address problems that might be causing them? Obviously, you touch on these things throughout your channel but it might be a great video to put in one spot. Lots of issues someone could be experience and not know where to start to narrow down the issue. Thanks so much!
If you do this again, try splitting the gallon into quarters and make different styles of baits with each quarter. Then you can calculate roughly how many baits you can make of each style
Can you do some more videos of you testing out the baits you make?
I just retired on July 1st and I have considered doing this. Where would a beginner like me get the material and equipment I need to start?
Watch my "guide" video for all of that Information
Man.., I’d like to try out a couple at the lake 👍🏼
This was fantastic. Good to know
Thanks sir
Imagine the amount of remelts
It was a lot
I am getting into lure working and is that just a crockpot set on high!
Looks like a long night! And alot of 🍺 🍻 absolutely love waiting for your vids to drop..400 baits is crazy! I have been wondering about what you do with all your plugs and runners from your other vids?? Do they pile up on you?? And also have a color request for your....power bait jester sprayed grass..i think you will like that one bro! Have a great day all
usually toss em
Are the metal molds better than the plastic molds? Want to make plastics for myself as a hobby.
Great video Chris I guess I should have sent you the Mundo Junior it holds 3 cups and not as heavy alot easier to handle
Yeah would be perfect
Yes sir. Jettson Lure Eyes are the best!
Chris have ever thought about adding purple flakes to that mint brown??? I that give it little more pop!!
Good info! That is a butt load of baits!! 👍
Yeah luckily some of my friends have come cleaned em out
Love your channel!! I have started buying molds and other stuff. I have one? Do you need to lubricate the molds before you shoot the plastic in?
I never do and have good results
Thanks for the recommendation man. I couldn't be happier with how Raw Baits swim baits came out. Thanks for sending me his way. And you should give him a shout out in a video here and there
Yeah Richard is going incredible!! U will love his work.
@@WorldsWorstFishing I was just blown away with his 6in blue gill swimbait
@@WorldsWorstFishing they came in the mail on my birthday couldn't have been better
Might have to put these bad boys through the works, whole lotta baits
Here I was thinking it was only 300! You do theses things so some of us makers don't. That's what I appreciates about you. Great watch Chris, how long did it all take you?
Probably 3.5 hours total
The best baitmaker in letterkenny
Where and how do you do the eyes in the softies
That is an awesome color
Nice coloring on swim baits. Real nice
👍👍
Hey what do you think of making a grape and blue grass grenade's with the rainbow hologram flake in both of the colors, because i think those would look like some really cool grass grenade's and whatever else you can think of for lures. Also why not have white pearl in the middle to separate the grape and blue.
Love your videos! I need some advice. Who makes a good 6 inch swimbait mold that has a bulky profile? I want to make some goggle-eyes. What pigment colors would you recommend?
Angling ai 6" open pour swimbait
hey, whats the best way to mix/stir the 1 gallon jug of plastisol by dead on without getting a crazy amount of bubbles? also whats the best way to get rid of bubbles with no vacume chamber? love the channel! crazy cool video!! great content!!
So for those wondering if it's worth it, it is. Take away the cost of the molds for a minute as that is a start-up cost. A pack of 5 6" Senko worms at Cabelas right now is $6. That breaks down to $1.20/worm. I sometimes pay less than that per bullet for my gun and these are plastic worms. For a jug of Plastisol on Amazon, I saw it costed $47. He got 400 worms for $47. That breaks down to $0.11/worm. If you're a hardcore fisherman, it's worth it.
What r the sizes of your injectors?
What works better a chest cam or a tripod because I’m trying to record also
depends on the style of camera
Hello,
I am French, CZcams tracduction is not easy ...
How many hours did you put in?
Thanking you.
Huge thanks for the video.
Only at home can we find such fascinating videos!
Love watching your videos I actually waiting for my stuff to come in so I can start messing around w making soft plastics
Awesome man
How long does it take for the baits to cool and be able to remove from the mold?
Is that a 7 inch worm? (The 2nd and 3rd molds) If so could you tell me where you got the mold?
We all express ourselves differently. One can’t judge, or be judged.
FUCK YES
ANOTHER UPLOAD
What's the difference between hanging and bathing? This color always screams up north mid summer.
I’ve never seen glitter look so masculine... do you make any in sequins?
how much do u charge for custom big swim baits
Hello I am from Brazil manufacture soft bait here we can not find paint to paint the soft plastisol baits, could you help me which paint to use?
Put in the 500th like your welcome Haha nice work Chris now whenever I have someone ask how many baits can you make with a gallon I can tell them 300 to 400 Haha depending on what you want
Haha yeah it's a ton either way
Hi mate. Calling from Australia. How do I purchase some of those paddle tails with the gorgeous color combinations?
Love the color would like to buy some ribbon tail worms.
When are you doing lure giveaways?
You have inspired me to making my own plastics, and I have a question. How buoyant is the Dead on Plastics floating feather? A couple plastics I have in mind I want to have a buoyancy similar to zman baits. Your channel is such a good informative channel for bait making.
It is more buoyant than normal plastic that floats.. however z-man is actually a rubber elastomer, which I think has more float to it than any Plastisol.
Bro that is amazing do you I think you should challenge marling baits that should get tons of likes nice video
I just started bait making. what plastisol would u recommend for salt water swimbaits
dead on plastix tube blend or saltwater blend
I'd love to see this video again but with nothing but senkos
Lol no one expected Mr Larry
haha u know it
Do you sell these, and if so where can I buy some?
This was a cool way to answer the question.
Demonstration is best
You can find mixing sticks at the Dollar Store,, Amazon for cheapor look under meical suplies.

You should do this again with the panfish molds! I want to know how many I can make with just one gallon!!
Coming soon!
I’ve always wanted to know this thank you
please enjoy
I have the white worm blend and can't get the bubbles out😐
These vids make me wanna start making my own baits
It's fun
