London Richmond Park, is packed with hundreds of deers running arround.

The deer in Richmond Park are used to people being around, but they are still wild animals. If he got this close to a red deer stag, or a fallow deer buck in the rutting season, he'd be in serious trouble. He'd also be in trouble if he got this close to the red deer hinds, and fallow deer does, when they're nursing their young.
